近几年建筑装饰设计工程公司都存在不同程度的人才流失问题。对以建筑设计技术为重要支撑的建筑装饰企业来说,人才资源更是关系着企业不断发展的重要资源和宝贵财富。因此,公司如何建立起完善的员工激励性薪酬体系,以吸引和留住优秀的员工规避人力资源风险?怎样才能充分发挥薪酬的激励作用,最大限度地调动员工的工作积极性,激发他们创造性地开展工作? 随着公司的不断发展和市场竞争的不断加剧,这些问题显得越来越突出。本文以A建筑装饰设计工程公司为研究对象,采用理论分析与实证应用相结合的研究方法。从我国的基本国情及公司的实际情况出发,通过理论研究、实践调查等方法得出一套适合研究公司的激励性薪酬制度。首先对薪酬及激励性薪酬的相关理论进行概述,然后对A公司现行薪酬状况加以分析总结,找出问题及原因并选择相应的理论,结合国内外薪酬设计方案的成功之处,得到关于A公司激励性薪酬的设计方案。 对A公司激励性薪酬问题研究的意义在于激励在薪酬中具有及其重要的地位,优化薪酬的激励作用是企业薪酬管理最重要的一部分。因此,我们更应该重视薪酬的激励性优化。对企业激励性薪酬的研究将有助于奠定薪酬设计理论的基础。

Nowadays, the phenomenon of the outflow of talented designers can be easily found in architectural decoration design and engineering companies. As to the architectural decoration enterprise with the important sustain of architectural design and engineering, talent resource is the important resource and precious wealth related to the continual development of the enterprise. Therefore, how is the perfect staff incentive salary system built to attract and retain the excellent intellectual staff, and to avoid risks of human resource? How is the incentive salary system exerted adequately, to maximum the enthusiasm of the staff and encourage them to work with more creativety? With the continual development of the enterprise and the increasingly intensive market competition, these problems become more and more prominent. In this paper, A architectural decoration design and engineering company was regarded as the research object, and theory analysis and positive application were the research methods. Based on our national conditions and the real status quo of the enterprises, an assortment of incentive salary system and manage method which fit the enterprise well through theory research and practice inquiry is obtained. First, related theories of salary and the incentive salary are summarized. Then the current salary status of A company was analyzed and summarized to find out the problems and reasons and the corresponding theory suitable theory was adopted. The incentive salary design scheme of A company was obtained through combination of both domestic and overseas successful salary design schemes.The significance of the incentive salary research on A company was that the incentive salary played the most important role in salary system. And the optimization of incentive salary was one of the important parts in enterprise salary management. Consequently, we should take the incentive salary optimization seriously. The research on the incentive salary of the enterprise will be conducive to establishing the foundation of salary design theory.
