自第九次新课程改革启动以来,核心素养被置于新课程改革着力推进的关键领域和主要环节。核心素养越来越成为人们关注的焦点,有关核心素养的研究也逐渐成为一门“显学”。随着核心素养教育理念的不断推广、深化、落实,各学科关于核心素养的研究也在理论和实践层面深入开展。高中思想政治课作为宣扬马克思主义的基本原理和中国特色社会主义核心价值观的主阵地,是落实立德树人要求的重要渠道,加强思想政治学科核心素养的研究对于开展教书育人工作具有重要意义。 高中思想政治学科核心素养对学生的个人发展指明了方向,更对教师的教学提出了新的要求,从素质到素养,只有一字之差,但却是整个指导思想、课程方案、课程标准、育人机制和评价方式等的转变。我们可以看到,核心素养的教学理念逐渐受到广大政治教师的重视,但也依然存在着教师教得没劲,学生学得无趣的现状,枯燥乏味、空洞教条也成为许多教育批评者对思想政治课的指责,可以说思想政治课在教学实施方面低效甚至无效的情况非常普遍。那如何提高思想政治课的教学有效性,成为摆在我们面前的一个难题。在我看来,高中思想政治课的有效教学,即强调教师基于思想政治学科核心素养的要求,广泛调动教育资源,灵活运用教学智慧,帮助学生提升实践能力,发展学生的核心素养。 本论文针对广东省潮阳实验学校高中政治课的“有效教学”现状进行调研,获得第一手调查数据,并通过对数据所反映出的问题进行分析,探讨具有普遍意义的基于学科核心素养的高中政治课有效教学实施的策略,为现实教学服务。 本论文由四部分组成: 第一部分是绪论,简要介绍本文问题提出的背景,研究的意义和方法、国内外对有效教学的研究现状。 第二部分是相关概念厘定,主要对学科核心素养、思想政治课有效教学等关键概念的内涵进行梳理。 第三部分是广东省汕头市潮阳实验学校的高中政治课的教学现状调研及原因分析。 第四部分是探究广东省汕头市潮阳实验学校高中思想政治课落实“有效教学”的方法,为目前高中政治教师实现基于学科核心素养的有效教学提供一点指引。

The political lesson, as the main area for advocating the basic principles of Marxism and the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics, is a key channel to implement the task of fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of students. As a result, it is significant for education to strengthen and deepen the research on core competency in political lesson. Core competency in political lesson in senior high school includes four aspects: political identity, scientific spirit, awareness of the law and public participation. What it stresses are necessary characters and abilities that students should acquire to meet the needs of their improvements and social development. But the critics grumble that many political lessons are still vapid and dogmatic, which make the teaching dull and the learning boring. In this sense, political teaching in high school is generally ineffective in practice. Therefore, some scholars have proposed the concept of "effective teaching", the core of which is the effectiveness of teaching, that is, what kind of teaching is effective and how to achieve it. The effective political teaching in high school requires teachers, according to the needs of core competency of political subject, to mobilize educational resources and apply educational wisdom flexibly to help students improve their practical abilities and core competencies. This thesis explores the actuality of “effective teaching” in political lesson in the senior department of Chaoyang Experimental School in Guangdong Province. It conducts the investigations through document literature, questionnaire, field visit and interview. On the basis of a full investigation and analysis, this paper attempts to sum up the effective teaching strategies of political lesson in senior high school based on core competency in general, which will contribute to the effectiveness of political teaching in senior high school. This thesis consists of four parts. The first briefly set forth the research’s purpose and significance as well as the research status of effective teaching at home and abroad. The second part elaborates the connotation of relevant concepts like competency, core competency, effective teaching and effective political teaching, and expounds relevant theoretical foundation. The third analyzes the current situation of “effective teaching” in political lesson in the senior department of Chaoyang Experimental School in Shantou City, Guangdong Province, and lays a foundation for the next chapter. On the basis of investigation and analysis, the fourth part summarizes the effective political teaching strategies in Chaoyang Experimental School and provides suggestions for practicing effective teaching in political lesson in senior high school based on core competency.
