如今国家在对有关文艺发展与人民精神文化发展领域重视程度不断提升，为大众文艺提供了更加广阔的发展空间，同时随着人们物质生活的改善，大众开始寻求精神的充盈并普遍认识到文艺的重要性，广场舞作为大众娱乐性的舞蹈方式近年来出现新的变化。本文将以北京市玉渊潭公园中的广场舞蹈队——泉舞艺术团为个案研究主体进行深入考察，使用问卷调查法、参与式观察法以及半结构访谈法对具体案例展开研究，探究个案中组织运行机制及发展对策，通过对研究对象特点及其特点形成原因的阐释与分析，研究广场舞队从动作到风格选择中的审美性，再到舞队管理的秩序性，以及其在线上及线下的双线反馈与监督，针对舞队现存问题与队员需求能够给予一定对策，同时能够为当今时代城市广场舞发展研究提供案例与思路。

Nowadays, the state attaches increasing importance to the development of literature and arts and people's spiritual and cultural development, providing a broader space for the development of popular literature and arts. Meanwhile, as people's material life improves, the public begins to seek spiritual enrichment and generally recognizes the importance of literature and arts. In this paper, we will take Quan Dance Art Troupe, a square dance team in Beijing Yuyuantan Park, as the main subject of the case study for in-depth investigation, using questionnaire survey method, participant observation method and semi-structured interview method to study the specific case, to explore the organizational operation mechanism and development countermeasures in the case, and to study the characteristics of the research object and the reasons of its characteristics formation through Through the interpretation and analysis of the characteristics of the subject and the reasons for their formation, the study of the square dance team from the aesthetics of the movements and style selection to the orderliness of the team management, as well as the dual feedback and supervision of the team online and offline, we can give certain countermeasures to the existing problems and needs of the team members, and provide case studies and ideas for the development of urban square dance in the present era.
