人文类丛书最早可追溯至春秋时期,发展至今,已成为一个重要的图书大类。与人文学科相对应,人文类丛书包括文学、历史、艺术、哲学、语言和综合六大类。人文类丛书包含着一个国家和民族的集体记忆和文化创造成果,在潜移默化中影响着社会的文化发展走势。今天,几乎每个出版社都出版过一套乃至多套人文类丛书,并且探索出了许多有益的经验,人文类丛书显然已经成为一个引人瞩目的的出版现象。但是,有一些问题,诸如跟风出版、选题雷同也在影响着人文类丛书的质量,制约其进一步发展,不利于优秀文化的传播。以上这些问题的产生都跟出版的起始环节“选题策划”有着或浅或深的关系。 本文以近年来大陆人文类的选题策划为研究对象,分为三个章节。第一章分析了“人文”在中西方语境中的不同涵义、丛书和选题策划的概念,指出丛书在文化积累、品牌建设和降低成本方面的优势以及出版周期长和发行压力大的劣势,分析了策划丛书时经常运用的思维方法和策划方法。第二章通过数据和图表分析了人文类丛书的发展现状,在对取得的成绩做出介绍之后,集中笔墨对目前存在的问题进行了深入剖析,主要表现为选题能力低、丛书品种结构失衡和装帧水平低。第三章从策划选题的思维方法、丛书命名和装帧设计三个方面提出了选题优化方案,并且提出了若干对策,随着出版分工日益被打破,人文类丛书的选题结构将日益多样化,市场培育期将逐渐缩短。

Humanities series can be traced back to spring and autumn period, so far, it has became a important book categories. Corresponding with the humanities, humanities series can be divided into literature, history, art, philosophy, language and comprehensive. Humanities series contains the collective memory and culture achievements of a country and nation, thus it has subtle influence on cultural development trend of whole society. Today, almost every Publishing house has published one or more series, and explored many beneficial experiences. Series publication has obviously became an eye-catching publishing phenomenon. However, some problems, such as follow publication and identical topics, also affect the quality of humanities series, restricts its further development, which is not conducive to the communication of excellent culture. These problems have deep or shallow relationship with initial link: planning of topics. This paper takes the planning of humanities series topics as the object of study in the recent years in the mainland of China, it can be divided into three chapters. Chapter one analyzes humanities' different meaning in both Chinese and western context, defines the concept of series and planning of topics, points out that series has the advantages of culture accumulation, book brand creation, cost reduction and the disadvantages of long publishing period and distribution pressure. It also analyzes thinking methods and planning methods that often applied in the planning of topics. Chapter two analyzes current situation of humanities series by data and graphs. After introduces the achievements, it focus on current problems in detail, such as the low ability of planning topics, unbalanced series variety and the low level of book binding. Chapter three puts forward the optimization schemes from the respects of thinking method, naming and binding design, and proposes several tactics of planning of humanities series topics. With the publishing division has being broken, the structure of humanities series will be more diversified, cultivation period of humanities series will be gradually shortened.
