随着中国经济的发展和对外开放政策的实施，据中国统计年鉴（2020年），2020年流入中国的外商直接投资高达1444亿美元，同比增长4.5%，实际使用外商直接投资保持稳定的增长趋势。但在取得如此巨大成就的同时，也逐渐浮现出外商直接投资在我国区位分布及其不均衡的问题，2019年，我国东部11个省份的外资使用额占全国的总量接近80%，而中部和西部分别占了10%左右，由此长远来看，巨大的区域间的发展差异无疑将阻碍着我国经济的全面发展。

本文第一部分总结了近年来国内外学者有关FDI区位选择的影响因素的研究成果，并选择了其中对于FDI在中国的区位选择较为重要的因素作为实证部分的解释变量。第二部分重点介绍了现代FDI相关的经典理论，作为研究的理论依据。最后总结了外商投资在我国的发展历程，主要的进入方式以及区位分布现状，然后选取合适的自变量来建立多元对数线性回归模型，最后对回归结果进行分析并对各个地区提出有针对性的对策上的建议。

With the development of China's economy and the implementation of the policy of opening up to the outside world, according to the China Statistical Yearbook (2020), foreign direct investment flowing into China in 2020 amounted to $144.4 billion, and maintained a stable growth trend with an increase of 4.5% year-on-year. However, while such great achievements have been made, the problem of the regional distribution of FDI in China and its unevenness has gradually occurred, with 11 provinces in the east of China accounting for nearly 80% of the total amount of foreign investment used in China in 2019, while the central and western regions accounted for about merely 10% respectively. The huge inter-regional development differences will undoubtedly hinder the overall development of China's economy in the long run.

The first part of this paper summarizes the factors that influence FDI location choice based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on in recent years, and then selects the factors that are more important for FDI location choice in China as the explanatory variables in the empirical part. The second part focuses on the main modern theories related to FDI as the theoretical basis of the study. Finally, the development history of foreign investment in China, the main modes of entry and the current situation of location distribution are summarized, and then suitable independent variables are selected to establish a multivariate log-linear regression model, and finally the regression results are analyzed and reasonable suggestions are made for each region.
