党的十九大报告指出:“满足人民过上美好生活的新期待,必须提供丰富的精神食粮”,可见随着生活水平的提高,非物质因素对居民幸福感的影响越来越大。然而目前我国国民幸福感排名较低,《世界幸福报告》数据显示,2018年我国幸福指数仅排在86名,且有下降趋势。因此分析当前居民幸福感的影响因素,尤其是从非物质角度、探究提升居民幸福感的文化消费路径是非常必要的。 为了探究文化消费和居民幸福感的关系,本文将文化消费分为客观文化消费和居民主观文化消费,即分别从政府文化消费和居民文化消费两个角度挖掘幸福感的影响因素,为建设文化强国、切实提高居民幸福感献言献策。 在客观文化消费对居民幸福感的研究中,本文选取“公共文化支出”作为客观文化消费的代理变量,逐次加入个体层面、家庭层面和社会层面的控制变量构建Probit回归模型,分析客观文化消费对居民幸福感的影响。随后通过删除直辖市、调整幸福感赋值方法和替换核心解释变量的方法依次检验模型的稳健性,最后分别对样本的年龄和区域分层进行异质性分析。分析结果显示,增加公共文化支出比重对提升居民主观幸福感效果显著;公共文化支出比重的增加对不同年龄层的居民主观幸福感影响存在差异;公共文化支出对东、中部地区的居民幸福感提升更为明显。 在主观文化消费对居民幸福感的研究中,本文首先对主观文化消费变量进行主成分提取后,利用提取的主成分作为居民主观文化消费的代理变量构建有序逻辑回归模型,分析主观文化消费对居民幸福感的影响。随后通过剔除首尾5%收入群体样本的方法进行稳健性检验,并进行城乡异质性分析。最后分析收入在主观文化消费对幸福感影响的中介效应。分析发现,主观文化消费对居民幸福感具有正向的促进作用;文化消费对居民幸福感的提升存在城乡差异。 基于上述研究,本文给出了主、客观文化消费对居民幸福感的影响,拓展了居民幸福感的研究理论和研究视野,深化了幸福感的理论内涵,也拓宽了幸福感的研究方向,帮助完善幸福感影响因素的理论体系。 |

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that "to meet the new expectations of the people for a better life, we must provide rich spiritual food". It can be seen that with the improvement of living standards, non-material factors have an increasing impact on Residents' well-being. However, at present, China's national happiness ranking is low. According to the data of the world happiness report, China's happiness index ranked only 86 in 2018, with a downward trend. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze the influencing factors of residents' happiness, especially to explore the cultural consumption path to improve residents' happiness from the perspective of non-material. In order to explore the relationship between cultural consumption and residents' well-being, this paper divides cultural consumption into objective cultural consumption and residents' subjective cultural consumption, that is, excavate the influencing factors of well-being from the perspectives of government cultural consumption and residents' cultural consumption, and offer suggestions for building a cultural power and improving residents' well-being. In the research on the impact of objective cultural consumption on Residents' well-being, this paper selects "public cultural expenditure" as the proxy variable of objective cultural consumption, successively adds the control variables at the individual level, family level and social level, constructs probit regression model, and analyzes the impact of objective cultural consumption on Residents' well-being. Then, the robustness of the model is tested by deleting municipalities directly under the central government, adjusting the happiness assignment method and replacing the core explanatory variables. Finally, the heterogeneity of the sample's age and regional stratification is analyzed respectively. The results show that increasing the proportion of public cultural expenditure has a significant effect on improving residents' subjective well-being; The increase of the proportion of public cultural expenditure has different effects on the subjective well-being of residents of different ages; Public cultural expenditure has a more obvious effect on the happiness of residents in the eastern and central regions. In the research of subjective cultural consumption on Residents' well-being, this paper first extracts the principal components of subjective cultural consumption variables, uses the extracted principal components as the proxy variables of residents' subjective cultural consumption, constructs an ordered logistic regression model, and analyzes the impact of subjective cultural consumption on Residents' well-being. Then, the robustness test is carried out by excluding the first and last 5% income group samples, and the urban-rural heterogeneity is analyzed. Finally, it analyzes the intermediary effect of income on subjective cultural consumption on well-being. It is found that subjective cultural consumption plays a positive role in promoting residents' well-being; There are differences between urban and rural areas in the promotion of residents' well-being by cultural consumption. Based on the above research, this paper gives the impact of subjective and objective cultural consumption on Residents' well-being, expands the research theory and vision of residents' well-being, deepens the theoretical connotation of well-being, widens the research direction of well-being, and helps to improve the theoretical system of influencing factors of well-being. |
