提高早期教育质量,提升学前儿童入学准备,制订并推广早期学习标准是新世纪以来各国学前教育的一大趋势。美国各州早期学习标准通过文件的形式对儿童“应该知道什么、会做什么”进行界定,帮助教师更有目的地开展教育活动,改善儿童的学习效果。 本文运用文献法,在对美国早期学习标准文献、美国各早期学习标准文件以及早期语言教育的相关文献进行分析的基础上,选择了美国五个较具有代表性州的早期学习标准中的语言领域的学习内容进行比较分析,归纳出早期语言教育核心标准,期望为我国的早期语言教育以及我国《3~6岁儿童学习与发展指南》的具体落实提供参。 本文将语言领域内容划分为倾听、说话、早期阅读、早期书写四个子领域,每一子领域又分成若干领域要素,对早期学习标准中的语言领域内容进行整理和分析,最后总结归纳出美国早期学习标准中语言领域的核心内容。 本研究最后针对美国早期学习标准的语言领域进行了讨论,初步得出对我国标准制订的启示。对我国标准实践的启示:文本的通俗易懂、操作性强;兼顾国家指导方针和地方特色。对我国早期语言教育的启示:正视幼儿的前书写技能的培养,促进幼儿读写能力的发展;培养幼儿对印刷字体的意识和概念,促进幼儿早期阅读能力的发展;培养幼儿的语音语素意识,为幼儿的阅读能力的发展提供保障。同时,亦指出了研究的不足。

Improving the quality of early childhood education,upgrading school readiness for pre-school children, developing and promoting early learning standards(ELSs) are major trends in early child education around the world in 21st century. Early learning standards of every state in the United States outline what children should know and be able to do before kindergarten entry by documents, in order to help people reach an agreement on expectation of early childhood learning, children improve their learning outcomes, teachers teach more purposefully. Based on the literature on American Early Learning Standards,Early Learning Standard,language education in early childhood education,the dissertation chooses five representative states as a case to explore the standards for language.Through clarifying the basic framework,the dissertation summarizes the core standards of language education,putting forwards some references for the language education and the development of ELSs in China . In this dissertation,the language arts is been broken down into four kind of categories:listening,speaking,writing,reading.And every category can be made up of several general indicator and specific indicator.Comparing the content of language from five states,the dissertation summarizes the core standards of language education. At last,according to the finding,the dissertation puts forward some inspirations.2 inspirations have been advanced for the development of ELSs in China:should consider both national standards and state reality; should be easy-understanding and feasible.3 inspirations have been advanced for language educations:should have the right attitude for the writing skill of children,should strengthen the awareness of the print words,should improve the phonological awareness and the morphological awareness,together with some limitations in this study and implications for future research.
