本文以地理师范专业在职研究生的课程设置为研究对象,综合应用六所师范高校的在职研究生的培养计划,并且对北京师范大学教育硕士的导师和在职研究生生的问卷访谈调查,研究地理专业的在职读研过程中课程设置问题。结果表明,地理免费师范生在职读研存在很大的问题:1)六所高校在职读研人数和读研正常毕业的人数呈现逐年下降的趋势;2)六所高校对于教育硕士的课程培养存在差距,主要有两种趋势,华东师范大学在课程方面比较重视地理前沿和地理技术和传授,其余五所师范院校在比较重视学科理论知识和教学技能的培养;3)暑假集中授课方式存在缺陷,网络授课方式学生采取中立态度。因此完善整个教育硕士培养系统迫在眉睫,本文就课程设置、授课方式和评价系统提出了相关建议。

This article focuses on the setting of postgraduate courses in geography, comprehensive application of on-the-job postgraduate training programs in six universities, and questionnaire survey for the students and teachers of The Beijing Normal University, to study the problem of curriculum setting.The result shows serious problems:1) The number of in-service graduates in the six universities and the number of normal graduates in graduate school showed a trend of declining year by year;2) There are two major trends in the training of masters of education in six universities. East China Normal University pays more attention to geographical frontiers, geographic techniques and teaching in the curriculum, and the remaining five normal colleges pay more attention to the training of theoretical knowledge and teaching skills in the curriculum.3) There are flaws in the way the summer school concentrates on teaching, and students in the online teaching mode adopt a neutral attitude. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the entire master education training system. This article puts forward relevant suggestions on curriculum setting, teaching methods and evaluation systems.
