现代医学不断破译疾病的身体密码,然而疾病不甘示弱地展示出它成为研究对象与征服对象后难以破译的一面——被赋予的、一直在变动着的社会文化喻意。近年来,网络信息社会纵深向发展,人们建构疾病文化的互动空间逐渐由现实生活向虚拟网络迁移。本研究从认知视角出发,对网络社交平台中有关抑郁症的文本语料做内容分析,试图找寻网络文化塑造下抑郁症的隐喻内涵及产生原因。研究发现,在网络空间中,大多时候抑郁症的脱离其病本位意,被认为是消极情绪、负面结果、悲剧人生以及矫情脆弱的象征,常被人们拿来作为推卸责任、博取同情关注、谋取利益的工具,同时它也作为社会状态的晴雨表而存在。这些文化喻意的出现,究其原因,一是患者的行为表现,二是媒体的叙事建构,三是大众的认知与评价,四是疾病自身迷糊泛化的属性。最后论文在上述研究结果的基础上,提出了还原与去蔽抑郁症负面隐喻的传播策略,希望助力达成“疾病意义返回疾病本身”的研究目标。

外文摘要:

Modern medicine continues to decipher the physical code of disease, but disease, not to be outdone, has shown its side hard to decipher when it becomes a subject to be studied and conquered - the ever-changing sociocultural metaphor given to it. In recent years, the network information society has been developing vertically and in depth. The interactive space where people construct disease culture is gradually migrating from real life to virtual network. From a cognitive perspective, this study made a content analysis on the text corpus of depression presented on online social networking platforms, trying to find out the metaphorical connotation of depression and its formation causes under the shaping from network culture. The study found that most of the time in cyberspace, depression is isolated from its disease identity and is perceived as a sign of negative emotions, negative outcomes, a tragic life, and melodramatic or vulnerability. At this time, it is often used as a tool to shirk responsibility, to win sympathy and attention, and to seek benefits. It also serves as a barometer of the state of society. Exploring the formation of these cultural metaphors, reasons were found to be, first, the behavior of patients, second, narrative construction of the media, third, the cognition and evaluation of the public, and fourth, the confused and generalized nature of the disease itself. Finally, based on the above research results, this paper proposed a communication strategy to restore depression and remove the negative metaphors of depression, hoping to help achieve the research goal of "returning the meaning of the disease to the disease itself".
