领导风格与员工工作满意度之间的关系一直是人力资源管理研究中的热点。本文创新的采用元分析的方式,探讨领导风格对员工工作满意度的影响。文章吸取前人研究经验,探讨国内外不同领导风格与员工工作满意度之间的联系,创新性的通过元分析研究方法,综合考虑前人研究当中不同领导风格对员工工作满意度的影响。通过对大量数据样本进行元分析,探寻领导风格与员工满意度之间的显著相关关系。文章进一步通过结构方程模型建模,在理论模型中挑选出最优模型,最终验证检验了魅力型、变革型、交易型、愿景型领导风格对员工工作满意度的关系。其中变革型领导风格与员工工作满意度呈中等程度的显著正相关;魅力型和交易型领导风格虽然也与工作满意度正相关,但这种关系相对较弱;愿景型领导风格与员工工作满意度呈中等程度显著负相关。为未来的研究进一步探索不同领导风格如何与员工的个人特征和组织文化相互作用提供研究基础,并为企业如何通过领导力的提升来优化员工的工作满意度提供了参考。 |

The connection between the manner in which leaders conduct themselves and the degree to which employees find contentment in their roles has consistently garnered significant interest in the realm of human resources research. This piece of scholarly work introduces a novel methodology by utilizing a meta-analytic technique to investigate the influence that various leadership styles exert on the job satisfaction of employees. Drawing on previous research experiences, The paper delves into the relationship between a variety of leadership approaches and the level of job satisfaction experienced by employees, examining this dynamic across both local and global contexts. This study employs the meta-analytic approach in a pioneering manner to thoroughly examine the effects of various leadership styles on job satisfaction, building upon the findings observed in prior research. By conducting a meta-analysis on a large sample of data, the article seeks to uncover the significant correlation between leadership styles and employee satisfaction. Furthermore, the article utilizes structural equation modeling to select the optimal model within the theoretical framework, ultimately verifying the relationship between them. The transformational leadership style shows a moderate and significant positive correlation with employee job satisfaction; although charismatic and transactional leadership styles are also positively correlated with job satisfaction, this relationship is relatively weaker; the relationship between visionary leadership style and employee job satisfaction exhibits a moderate and significant negative correlation. This research lays the groundwork for future studies to further explore how different leadership styles interact with individual employee characteristics and organizational culture. It also provides a reference for businesses on how to optimize job satisfaction among employees through the enhancement of leadership skills. |
