随着我国在世界经济体系中的影响力不断扩大，人民币国际化成为我国参与构建国际货币体系的重要话题。其中，资本项目的开放成为人民币国际化最重要的议题之一，本文对资本项目开放以及人民币国际化的历史与现状、成本收益进行梳理分析，运用我国数据，将资本项目开放与其他货币国际化因素一起对人民币国际化进行实证分析，研究以资本流动度量的资本项目开放对人民币作为国际货币的交易媒介、计价单位、价值储藏三个不同侧面的影响，最终得出资本项目开放会对人民币贸易结算占比与人民币国际债券占比产生一定的正向效应，储备人民币占比受我国经济发展影响最大，并在此基础上提出稳妥有序推进资本项目的开放等建议。

With the increasing influence of China in the world economic system and international monetary system, the opening of the capital account has become one of the most important topics for the internationalization of the RMB. This article combs the history and status quo, cost and benefit of the capital account openness and the RMB internationalization, and investigate the influence capital account openness measured by capital flow on the three different aspects of RMB internationalization--medium of exchange, measure of value, store of value. Through empirical analysis using quarterly data of China over the period 2010 to 2020, it has been found that the capital account openness have a certain positive effect on the account for RMB trade settlement and the proportion of RMB international bonds. And the economic development of China is the biggest influencer affecting international reserves dominated by RMB. Based on the finding, some suggestions have been offered.
