近年来，道德绑架现象出现的频率越来越高，甚至有愈演愈烈的趋向。道德绑架是人们站在道德的制高点主观制裁他人行为，以舆论施压，迫使他人为保护自身道德形象而终止出于自己意愿做出的并没有危害社会及他人的事情。本文从道德绑架现象语义分析和原因分析两个角度出发去全面解析道德绑架现象，并相对提出应对方法，即一是重新审视道德教育中的偏差，注重公德与私德之间的平衡和重视将道德教育内在化；二是平衡道德与法律之间在社会的地位。这不仅仅对于道德绑架现象的应对有着现实意义，对而且道德绑架的原因和对策分析能够推动我国的法治建设，完善公民道德价值观体系构造。因此我们应该重视对道德绑架现象的分析。
