乡土历史教育属于素质教育的内容,以多元文化教育理论为指导,对于学生“三观”树立,爱国爱家情怀的培养有着重要意义。西藏作为目前与反华势力、分裂势力斗争的第一线,让青年学生学习到真正客观的历史文化,把对家乡的情感升华为对中华民族的情感既是现实迫切需求的也是势在必行的。以问题为导向,克服西藏中学历史教学的困境,笔者粗略探究了一条“以点到面”逐步实施,从课程设置、师资队伍、政策导向等方面多措并举的乡土历史教育路径。

Local?history?education?belongs?to?the?content?of?quality?education.?It?is?guided?by?the?theory?of?multicultural?education.It?is?of?great?significance?to?set?up?"world?views"?of?students?and?cultivate?their?patriotic?and?home-loving?feelings.
Tibet,?as?the?first?line?of?the?struggle?with?anti-China?forces?and?separatist?forces,enables?young?students?to?learn?a?truly?objective?historical?culture.It?is?both?urgent?and?imperative?to?sublimate?the?feelings?of?their?hometown?to?those?of?the?Chinese?nation.Guided?by?the?problem,in?order?to?overcome?the?dilemma?of?history?teaching?in?Tibetan?middle?schools,?the?author?roughly?explores?a?path?of?local?history?education,?which?is?gradually?implemented?"from?the?spot?to?the?surface?"?and?takes?multiple?measures?in?terms?of?curriculum?setting,?teaching?staff?and?policy?orientation.
