近年来,随着共享经济领域不断拓展,共享的产品和服务逐渐渗透至人们生活的各个方面,在这样的大背景下,中国共享经济也取得了举世瞩目的成就。本文对“共享经济”模式下S公司发展战略进行研究,分析S公司在战略管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。通过对以S公司为代表的共享经济企业目前面临的新常态经济环境和多元化发展战略进行了研究,分析S公司内外部环境、S公司发展的宏观经济环境,国家政策及发展规划,确定S公司重点发展的业务领域;研究S公司内部的资源与能力状况,并运用SWOT分析法对S公司的机会和威胁、优势和劣势进行系统分析,提出S公司现阶段的发展战略建议为:亟需打造完备的产品生态体系,增加产品功能,完善SaaS平台,提升产品体验,使用场景多元化,拓展下沉市场,升级合伙人机制,建立科学绩效考核机制;并拟定企业总体发展目标为:确定产品关键收益,倾斜企业核心资源,以当前市场为向导,引入数字化技术开发延伸产品,优化组织架构,提高硬件、软件建设水平,搭建媒体矩阵,拓宽传播渠道,打造S公司商学院,为合伙人深度赋能。

在战略实施的风险与控制方面,从技术开发层面推行标准化流程,开发定制化的SaaS服务,发展SaaS赋能产品生态,围绕智能公厕场景的产品改进,积极推进硬件升级迭代,丰富设备功能,实现硬件迭代及集成化;从生态架构层面优化价值链过程,降低企业运营成本。以大数据、物联网为基础,完善企业数字化赋能,结合自身技术优势,增加产品类别;从场景推广层面,开发定制服务,进行多元化运营,推进使用场景多样化,促进与各类不同场所主体合作,加强与地方政府合作,参与智慧城市建设。推进内容价值延伸,构建“全平台媒体”,拓展下沉市场,重视三四线城市;在企业品牌文化层面,建立企业舆情监测系统,提升风险意识。积极倡导企业价值观,持续文化输出。提出股票期权计划,提升员工凝聚力;在组织架构层面,制定完善合伙人制度,确定准入门槛。建立动态评估体系,差异化绩效考核。扁平化企业管理,健全人才发展培训体系。

In recent years, as the sharing economy continues to expand, shared products and services have gradually penetrated into all aspects of people's lives, and against this backdrop, China's sharing economy has also made remarkable achievements. In this paper, we study the development strategy of Company S under the "sharing economy" model, analyze the problems in the strategic management of Company S, and propose corresponding suggestions. It analyzes the internal and external environment of Company S, the macroeconomic environment of Company S, national policies and development plans, and determines the key business areas of Company S. It also studies the internal resources and capabilities of Company S, and uses SWOT analysis to systematically analyze the opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of Company S, We propose the following development strategies for Company S at this stage: to build a complete product ecosystem, increase product functions, improve SaaS platform, improve product experience, diversify usage scenarios, expand the sinking market, upgrade partner mechanism, and establish a scientific performance assessment mechanism; and formulate the overall development goals of the enterprise: to determine the key product revenue, incline the core resources of the enterprise The company will take the current market as its guide, introduce digital technology development to extend the products, optimize the organizational structure, improve the level of hardware and software construction, build a media matrix, broaden the communication channels, build the S Company Business School, and deeply empower the partners.

In terms of risk and control of the implementation of the strategy, we implement standardized processes from the level of technology development, develop customized SaaS services, develop SaaS-enabled product ecology, improve products around the smart public toilet scene, actively promote hardware upgrade and iteration, enrich device functions, realize hardware iteration and integration; optimize the value chain process from the level of ecological architecture, and reduce business operation costs. Based on big data and Internet of Things, we improve the digital empowerment of enterprises, combine our technical advantages and increase product categories; from the scene promotion level, we develop customized services, diversify operations, promote the diversification of usage scenarios, promote cooperation with various types of subjects of different places, strengthen cooperation with local governments and participate in the construction of smart cities. Promote the extension of content value, build "all-platform media", expand the sinking market and pay attention to third and fourth-tier cities; at the level of corporate brand culture, establish a corporate public opinion monitoring system and enhance risk awareness. Actively advocate corporate values and continue to export culture. Propose stock option plan to enhance staff cohesion; at the level of organizational structure, develop a perfect partner system and determine the entry threshold. Establish a dynamic evaluation system and differentiated performance assessment. Flatten corporate management and improve talent development and training system.
