1987年,高校高水平田径队开始成立至今,经过30多年的发展,我国高校高水平田径队取得了可喜的成绩,不仅带动了学校体育的发展,而且受到了社会各界的关注和认可,各高校对高水平运动队的投入也越来越多,全方面保证高水平队伍的训练。训练条件的改善使运动员之间竞技水平差距越来越小,心理因素成为其取得优异成绩的关键。当运动员处于心流状态时,往往会有较好的竞赛表现,竞赛成绩比较好,同时运动员的心理唤醒对其竞赛成绩影响较大。因此,本研究从高校高水平运动员心理特点入手,探讨运动员心流状态和心理唤醒特点、以及心流状态、心理唤醒和竞赛成绩之间的关系,以期为高校高水平田径运动的发展提供一定借鉴。 本研究采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、数理统计与分析法等研究方法。基于心流理论确定了《高校高水平田径运动员心流状态特征》调查问卷,对问卷进行信、效度检验,通过该问卷调查高校高水平田径运动员心流状态和心理唤醒水平特点,并探讨田径运动员心流状态、心理唤醒与竞赛成绩的关系。通过个案研究以及观察法归纳、总结影响和促进田径运动员心流状态因素。结果发现: (1)高校高水平田径运动员心流状态由8个维度组成,得分从高到低依此为发自内心地参与活动、明确的活动目标、即刻反馈、注意力高度集中、行动与意识融合、高度控制感、技能与挑战平衡、自我意识消失。不同性别、不同年级、不同运动等级、不同运动专项运动员心流状态各维度存在显著性差异。 (2)影响田径运动员心流状态的因素主要分为内部因素和外部因素。内部因素中的生理状态、竞技水平和心理状态共同影响了心流状态,外部因素包括自然因素、社会因素以及赛场因素。充足的训练、健康的身心状态、积极备赛、良好的比赛动机、良好的赛中感觉、积极的全队表现和相互关系等会促进高校高水平田径运动员心流状态的产生。 (3)高校高水平田径运动员心理唤醒特点突出。不同性别运动员在正性唤醒和负性唤醒维度差异显著;不同专业运动员心理唤醒各维度均不存在显著性差异;不同年级运动员唤醒强度存在显著性差异;不同专项运动员负性唤醒存在显著性差异。 (4)高校高水平田径运动员竞赛成绩与心流状态高度正相关,与正性唤醒水平成高度正相关,与负性唤醒水平成高度负相关。运动员心流状态与正性唤醒中等正相关,与负性唤醒中等负相关。 (5)心流状态在心理唤醒和竞赛成绩之间起中介作用,且中介效应显著。心流状态在正性唤醒和竞赛成绩之间中介效应达14.62%,在负性唤醒和竞赛成绩之间中介效应达14.82%。 |

In 1987, the high-level track and field team began to be established, after more than 30 years of development, China's high-level high-level track and field team has made gratifying achievements, not only led to the development of school sports, but also by the attention and recognition of all sectors of society, colleges and universities on the high-level sports team input is more and more, all aspects to ensure the training of high-level team.The improvement of training conditions makes the difference between athletes' level of competition becoming smaller, and psychological factors become the key to their excellent achievements.When athletes are in the state of flow, they usually have better competition performance, the competition results are better, and the psychological awakening of athletes has a greater impact on their competition results. Therefore, this study starts with the psychological characteristics of high-level athletes in colleges and universities, and discusses the relationship between the mental state of athletes and the characteristics of psychological awakening, as well as the state of flow, psychological awakening and competition results, in order to provide some reference for the development of high-level athletics in colleges and universities. This study uses literature research method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and analysis method. Based on the theory of flow, the questionnaire of "the characteristics of the flow state of high-level track and field athletes in colleges and universities" is determined. we teste the confidence and validity of the questionnaire, and investigative the characteristics of the flow state and psychological awakening level of high-level track and field athletes in colleges and universities, and explore the relationship between the heart flow state, psychological awakening and competition results of track and field athletes. Through case studies and observation methods, the factors affecting and promoting the state of the track and field athletes are summarized and promoted. The study found that: (1)The flow state of high-level track and field athletes in colleges and universities is composed of 8 dimensions, and the score from high to low is intrinsic motivation, clear goals, immediate feedback to one’s action,action and awareness are merged, intense concentrating and focusing, personal control over the situation or activity, balance skills and challenges, self-consciousness disappears. There are significant differences in flow state of athletes with different genders, different grades, different sports levels and different profession. (2)The factors that affect the flow of track and field athletes are mainly divided into internal and external factors. The physiological state, the competitive level and the psychological state of the internal factors all affect the state of mind flow, and the external factors include the natural factors, the social factors and the field factors. Adequate training, healthy physical and mental condition, active preparation, good motivation, good feeling in the game, positive team performance and interrelationship will promote the high-level track and field athletes in colleges and field mental state. (3)The psychological awakening characteristics of high-level track and field athletes in colleges and universities are visible . There are significant differences in positive and negative wake-up dimensions among athletes of different genders, there are no significant differences in the psychological wake-up dimensions of different professional athletes, significant differences in the intensity of wake-up among athletes of different grades, and significant differences in negative wake-up of different profession athletes. (4)The high-level track and field athletes' competition results were highly positively correlated with the state of heart flow, highly positive lyor with positive arousal level, and highly negative lyson with negative arousal level. The athlete's heart flow state was moderately positively correlated with positive arousal and moderate negative associated with negative arousal. (5)The state of the flow of mind plays an intermediary role between psychological awakening and competition results, and the intermediary effect is significant. The intermediate effect between positive wake-up and competition score reached 14.62 %, and the intermediate effect between negative wake-up and competition score reached 14.82 %. |
