高职院校作为高等教育的一个重要组成部分,担负着“培养德、智、体、美全面发展高级专业人才”的重任。健美操虽属新兴体育运动项目,但它已成为高职院校体育教学的热门课程和课余活动最受欢迎的健身手段之一。然而通过中国知网检索文献发现,针对北京市特别是高职院校健美操课研究的一篇文章也没有,选定这一研究课题,以北京市高职院校健美操课程教学现状为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理分析法等对北京市高职院校健美操课程教学现状进行分析研究,找出存在问题,提出发展对策,为促进健美操在北京市高职院校体育教学中稳步发展提供参考,为高职院校健美操课提供依据。研究结果北京市高职院校体育教师的年龄结构主要以中青年教师为主,年龄、职称结构较合理,学历层次偏低。教师参加健美操培训情况良好。体育教师对健美操在体育教学中地位评价较高。学生对健美操兴趣较高,参加健美操学习男女比例差距较大,学生参加健美操学习的主要动机是健身美体,学生普遍认为健美操课时安排较少。半数以上的学生对健美操教师教学工作比较满意,学生认为健美操教师需要提高和加强的最重要的方面是能激发学生学习兴趣。大部分学生对健美操课考核方式是基本认可的。学生参加课外健美操活动的状况不容乐观,自我锻炼意识还没有形成。所调查的北京市10所高职院校都已开设健美操课,设置形式主要是选修加选项课。教学时数较少,选健美操的女生占多数,男生人数却很少。学校在健美操教学中普遍开展理论课的教学,实践课中教授大众锻炼标准等级套路的占大多数,少数学校健美操课有辅助教学内容。教师所采用的教材主要来自课本教材和光盘,教师健美操课常用的教学方法有讲解示范法、带领法、重复练习法、完整分解法、重复法。所采用的教学手段仍然是传统的教学方式。10所高职院校都进行了健美操考核,以大众等级套路健美操和教师自编健美操作为主要考核内容。大部分学校仍然采用以教师评价为主的评价方式。教师对健美操教学设施不太满意。教师认为影响健美操课开设的因素中领导不重视对健美操开展的影响程度最大。建议根据高职院校学生自身素质的特点,选择适合其特点的健美操种类。选择难易适中,负荷适中,适合学生自身素质的教材内容。编制科学统一的健美操教材。考核内容注重培养学生运用知识和终身体育锻炼的能力,考核方式注重学生个性的发展、培养自信心。加强健美操师资队伍的建设,对学生加强教育,提高认识,更新观念,拓展教学内容,提高教学效果,激发男生学习兴趣。学校领导应重视并解决场地设施、器材不足,创造良好的健美操教学环境,不断改进与提高健美操课程的教学质量。

Being one of the important parts of higher education, vocational colleges take the task of “cultivating the moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic development of higher talents” . Aerobics is a new sports program, but it has become a popular PE activity in vocational courses and after class performance at fitness training. However, after having searched the documents through CNKI, I find that there is not a single article discussing aerobics course of higher vocational colleges, espcially those of Beijing area. Taking the aerobics as the research target, I decide on this topic. By means of the documents,questionare,interview math-physical analysis, I have found problems on the present situation about teaching and learning in aerobics classes higher vocational colleges of Beijing area;thus making out counterplaln to improve teaching. Therefore reference materials are prepared for further development of PE in higher vocational colleges of Beijing, and theorical backups are given for aerobics courses of higher vocational colleges.Rearch FindingsPE teachers of Beijing Vocational Colleges tend to be young , a reasonable structure at age and title, but lower at education level. Being good at taking aerobics training, they highly evaluate aerobics in PE courses. Students are enthusiastic at aerobics, but there is an imbalanced proportion between boys and girls. Their main purpose to take part in aerobics is for body-building. They generally think that they should have more aerobics classes. More than half of the students are satisfied with their aerobics teachers’ work. In their eyes, it is of the most importance for PE teachers to motivate students’ interest in aerobics. Most students agree with the aerobics assessment, but we are not optimistic about the present situation, because they have not formed the self-awareness about training. The 10 surveyed vocational colleges in Beijing area have established aerobics classes, mainly in the form of elective courses or item options. There are less aerobics periods in a term ,with much more girls attending than boys, who are seldom involved in this activity. Colleges generally carry out academic course, and in practical instruction, mass exercise standard level teaching makes up in the majority. There are aided teaching materials in fewer collegess. Teachers’ textbooks are mainly from self-study materials and CD-ROM. In aerobics teachings, teachers often take such methods as demonstration, guidance, repetition, complete decomposition, combining with traditional means. The 10 vocational institutions have carried out aerobics assessment, which focus upon the mass level patterns and the teacher-layout aerobics. Most colleges are still dominated by teachers’ evaluation. Teachers are not very much satisfied with the present teaching facilities. Among factors that affect the establishment of aerobics classes, teachers think that there is too little emphasis from the authority upon the development in collegess. Suggestions In accordance with students’ features, vocational colleges should select appropriate types of aerobics for them. Teaching materials should be decided on medium difficulty, moderate load, and suitable for students’ characteristics; national textbooks should be compiled. Much emphasis should be paid upon the development of students’ ability to apply their PE knowledge and upon the improvement of their capacity to carry out life-long physical exercise, and in the assessment , we should focus on students’ individual development, and cultivate their self-confidence. The construction of aerobics teachers need to be strengthened so as to improve teaching effect. We should boost education on students’ awareness and help them to remould their minds. And motivate the boys’ interest in aerobics. Authority should pay attention to aerobics classes; they should be active to help us to solve such problems as inadequate sports ground and PE teaching facilities. They should also create a better environment for aerobics activities so that we can constantly improve aerobics teaching.
