本文旨在研究普通高等教育中,为残疾学生建立资源教室的情况。通过文献查找与网络求证发现,发达国家和地区已经建立了较完备的高校资源教室体系,能够提供残疾人就读普通高校的条件,为高校随班就读创造了良好的基础。而在现行条件下,中国大陆的高等院校招收残疾人的现状虽然有了较大的改善,但是很少的普通高校设置了资源教室,安置残疾人就读的各项措施并不健全。为此,笔者分析了国内建立高效资源教室的必要性,并结合国外资源教室与中国的国情,提出了构建中国高校资源教室的模式。构建从两方面进行描述:软环境方面,国民应该加强对残疾及特殊教育的认识,高校资源教室设置合理的辅助课程;硬环境方面,资源教室需要固定的专用场地,配以相关的图书设备,资源教师要从多方面对残疾学生进行辅导,志愿者服务也必不可少。 |

This thesis aims at doing research on constructing resource room for students with disability in higher schools . Though literature review and internet information , the author notices that developed countries and districts have built a mature system of higher school resource room , which guarantees disabled students to be well involved in higher education . However , in current situation , higher school resource room in China mainland is not systematic , despite that great progress has been made in admitting disabled students into university . Therefore , the author illustrates the necessity to constructing higher school resource room , and puts forward valid suggestions in two aspects : soft environment and solid environment . On soft environment , the public should know more about the disabled and disability itself universities and colleges should pay attention to setting special assistant courses for disabled students . And on solid environment , specific room / place , together with related facilities and books , should be prepared ; resource teachers and volunteers are also in need . |
