本研究选取聋人大学生为主要研究对象,以北京联合大学特教学院中的聋人大学生们 为例,针对语音转译产品的功能性体验进行研究,以帮助推动解决聋人大学生的沟通问题; 另外,语音转译产品的实用性已经随着语音识别技术高速发展和广泛应用得到证实,但是 在语音翻译技术的各个应用领域中,聋人语音翻译产品的体验研究仍然与其他领域的体验 研究,例如家用电器,车载语音助手等存在差距。本研究可分为三个阶段。第一阶段是需 求探索,主要采取了观察法和半结构式访谈法。通过对被试的康复方式、听力水平和语言 能力加以限定来保证被试的多样性和实验的全面性。对聋人大学生传统课堂和结合多媒体 授课的课堂进行实地观察,结合观察结果对聋人大学生和其老师有针对性地进行访谈,深 挖用户在日常和课堂中行为的原因和内在需求。使用扎根理论的方法对用户访谈结果进行 质性编码整理,通过一级编码(28 个)、二级编码(10 个)到三级编码(4 个)的层层汇总和凝练,总结出面向聋人大学生的语音转译产品的四点设计准则,分别为多场景适应、 系统化和定制化的个人能力提升、清晰的功能结构以及简化的操作方式和指导说明。第二 阶段是优化设计,以设计准则为依据,用户旅程为线索,针对用户的痛点和需求对从产品 的功能、结构、界面各个方面对语音转译产品“音书”进行优化设计,并以高保真界面的 形式展现。第三阶段是验证评估,通过专家评估的方法对设计结果进行评估,结合评估结 果反思研究过程,对优化方案提出切实可行的建议。本研究基于对聋人大学生需求的洞察, 优化面向聋人大学生的语音转译产品,以帮助聋人大学生更好得接受知识,为融入社会打 下良好的基础,对推动残疾人事业的发展有重要意义。 |

This study selects deaf college students as the main research object, taking the deaf college students in the Special Education College of Beijing Union University as an example, to study the functional experience of speech translation products to help promote the communication problems of deaf college students; In addition, the practicality of speech translation products has been confirmed with the rapid development and wide application of speech recognition technology, but in various fields of application of speech translation technology, there is still a gap between the experience research of speech translation products for deaf people between and the experience research of others like household appliances , In-Car Voice Assistant , etc. This study can be divided into three stages. The first stage is demand exploration, which mainly adopts observation method and semi-structured interview method. By limiting the subjects' rehabilitation methods, listening level and language ability to ensure the diversity of the subjects and comprehensiveness of the experiment. Conduct field observations on the traditional classrooms of deaf college students and the classrooms combined with multi-media teaching, combined with the observation results, targeted interviews were conducted with deaf college students and their teachers to dig deeply into the reasons for user use and internal needs in daily and classroom behaviors. Use the method of grounded theory to qualitatively analyze the interview results of users. Through the level-one coding (28), the level-two coding (10) to the level-three coding (4), the layers are summarized and condensed to sum up four-point design guidelines for speech translation products for deaf college students —— multi-scenario adaptation, Improving personal ability systematically, clear functional structure, simplified operation methods and guidance instructions. The second stage is to optimize the design, based on the design criteria and the user journey as the clue, according to the user's pain points and needs to optimize the design of the voice translation product "Voibook" from the aspects of the product's function, structure and interface, and display it in the form of a high-fidelity interface. The third stage is verification and evaluation through usability testing. Reflecting the research process in conjunction with the evaluation results, and put forward practical suggestions for the optimization plan. This study is based on insights into the needs of deaf college students, and optimizes the speech translation products for deaf college students to help deaf college students to better receive knowledge and lay a good foundation for integration into society. |
