本文对美国关于乔治·弗洛伊德之死的新闻报道进行了批判性话语分析。本研究以费尔克劳夫的三维话语模型为理论指导，选取了CNN和Fox News两家美国新闻媒体的各10篇涉及弗洛伊德事件的新闻报道作为研究对象，分析比较两家媒体的报道在词汇选择、互文性和其代表的意识形态的情况。

文献综述首先概述了批评性话语分析和费尔克劳夫的三维模型，然后参考了国内外四项对新闻报道的批判话语分析的研究。方法论部分指出了研究问题、数据收集和数据分析方法。这项研究采用了定性方法，并从网上新闻文章中收集数据，并根据三维模型对文本进行描述、阐释和解释。调查结果部分结合相关语料介绍了研究结果，在抗议者和警察形象的塑造中，两家媒体报道的词汇选择和引用来源存在不同，这是由于两家媒体的政治立场和意识形态的差异所导致的。

This article provides a critical discourse analysis of news reports on the death of George Floyd in the United States. Guided by Fairclough’s three-dimensional model, this study selects 10 news reports about the Floyd incident from CNN and Fox News as the research objects and analyzes and compares the reports of the two media in terms of lexical choices, intertextuality and the ideologies they represent.

The literature review first provides an overview of critical discourse analysis and Fairclough’s three-dimensional model, and then references four studies on critical discourse analysis of news reporting both domestically and internationally. The methodology section discusses research questions, data collection and analysis methods. This study utilizes qualitative methods and collected data from online news articles, and makes description, interpretation and explanation on the text with the guidance of the three-dimensional model. The findings section introduces the research findings, combined with relevant language materials. In shaping the image of protesters and police, there are differences in the vocabulary selection and citation sources reported by the two media, which is due to the differences in the political stance and ideology of the two media.
