长期以来,官方媒体报道倾向都是正面信息为主。但是官方媒体报道正 面新闻的宣传方式对于构建良好政府信任的效果有待探讨。信息效价是指信 息包含内容或态度的正面程度。如何利用信息效价构建良好的政府信任,需 要严谨的社会科学实证进一步检验。本研究使用情景模拟问卷实验法,三组 的正面信息比例分别为 100%,80%和 60%。以人脸识别新闻为案例,基于大 学生群体,探究信息效价对于政府信任的影响,以及信息可信度的中介作用。 并进一步研究在高使用意愿群体与低使用意愿群体中,信息效价对政府信任 的影响。结果表明,正面信息占比为 100%组的政府信任显著高于正面信息占 比 60%组,信息可信度的中介效应不显著。对于在实践中如何合理安排官方 媒体的正负信息比例以建构大学生政府信任,具有重要的意义。

For a long time, the official media tends to report mainly positive information. However, the propaganda method of the official media reporting positive news fails to achieve the effect of building good government trust. How to use different proportions of positive news and negative news to build good government trust didn’t have rigorous social scientific empirical evidence. In this study, the situational simulation questionnaire experiment method was used. The proportion of positive information in the three groups was 100%, 80% and 60%, respectively. Taking face recognition news as an example, based on college students, this paper explores the influence of information valence on government trust and the mediating role of information credibility. The results indicated that the government trust of whole positive information group was significantly higher than that of the group with 60% positive information, and the mediating effect of information credibility was not significant. The results show that the government trust of the group with 100% positive information is significantly higher than that of the group with 60% positive information, and the mediating effect of information credibility is not significant. It is of great significance for how to reasonably arrange the proportion of positive and negative information of official media in practice so as to construct college students' government trust.
