我国的人口老龄化问题日益严峻，在此背景下我国提出了延迟退休政策，受到了社会各界的广泛关注。延迟退休事关民生，是国家重大政策，在制定、实施前需要大量研究提供指导。在此背景下，对于我国延迟退休相关研究现况与热点的把握有助于提升科研效率，为管理决策提供参考。 本文利用中国知网全文数据库中获取的核心期刊文献，使用CiteSpace软件对我国延迟退休相关的研究论文进行了文献计量学分析。文献计量学分析结果表明，我国延迟退休相关研究的进展与国家工作计划密切相关，目前尚未形成严格意义上的核心作者群，研究机构在地域上有小规模的合作网络，涉及的学科主要有人口学、经济学、保险学、公共管理学等，我国延迟退休的研究具有综合性、跨学科性和主题多元性。目前的热点主要集中在：老龄化与养老金缺口、延迟退休年龄、延迟退休对就业挤出研究三个研究领域。学者普遍认同延迟退休对我国老龄化带来的劳动力、养老保险缺口问题有积极意义。

As the population aging problem growing severer, China has proposed the policy of postponing retirement, which has received widespread attention. Postponing retirement is a major national policy so it requires a lot of research to provide guidance before it’s implemented. In the context, a grasp of the current situation and hotspots of related research will help to improve the efficiency of scientific research and provide reference for decision-making. This paper uses the core journal literature obtained from CNKI full-text database and uses CiteSpace software to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the papers related to China’s postponing retirement. The results of bibliometric analysis show that the progress of China’s research in postponing retirement is closely related to the national work plan. At present, core author group in the strict sense hasn’t shaped yet. The research institutions have small-scale cooperation networks in the region. Meanwhile the subjects involved mainly include Demography, Economics, Management Science, Insurance Science etc., which means the research in postponing retirement is interdisciplinary, comprehensive and diversified. The current hotspots include: aging and pension gaps, postponing retirement age, postponing retirement and employment research. Scholars generally agree that postponing retirement is of positive significance to the labor and pension insurance gap brought about by China’s aging population issue.
