鼻腔内解剖结构的三维可视化对于经鼻入路虚拟手术的研究非常关键,本论文基于北医三院的可视化头部数据集来建立其三维可视化模型,以便直观观察鼻腔内解剖结构的毗邻关系及空间定位。将数据资源导入 3D Slicer,选择阈值进行初步图像分割,手动将每个 DICOM 中的感兴趣区标注得当、去除杂质,最后重建出鼻腔内解剖结构的三维可视化模型。该方法简单实用,分割效果理想,重建后的模型效果逼真,既能够展示鼻腔内部各结构的情况,又能显示鼻腔内部的空间位置关系,较真实地反映了鼻腔内部的真实情况。鼻腔内解剖结构的三维可视化可以为医疗工作者提供一套更为细致、便捷的观察方案,这将为医学教育、临床应用等方面的发展起到推进作用。 |

The three-dimensional visualization of the anatomical structure in the nasal cavity is very critical for the study of virtual surgery through the nasal approach. This paper builds its three-dimensional visualization model based on the visual head data set of the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical College to intuitively observe the adjacent relationship of the anatomical structures in the nasal cavity Spatial positioning. Import the data resources into the 3D Slicer, select the threshold for preliminary image segmentation, manually mark the area of interest in each DICOM properly, remove impurities, and finally reconstruct the three-dimensional visualization model of the anatomical structure in the nasal cavity. This method is simple and practical, with ideal segmentation effect and realistic model effect after reconstruction. It can not only show the structure inside the nasal cavity, but also show the spatial position relationship inside the nasal cavity, which truly reflects the real situation inside the nasal cavity. The three-dimensional visualization of anatomical structures in the nasal cavity can provide medical workers with a more detailed and convenient observation plan, which will play a role in promoting the development of medical education and clinical applications.
