20世纪90年代以来,大量的农民工流入城市,农民工子女的学前教育问题也日益引起社会关注。流动学前儿童和正规教育机构里的儿童不同,他们大多数是处于散养的状态,行为习惯比较差。对流动学前儿童的教育需要从他们的生活背景及自身的特点出发,关注流动儿童行为习惯的养成,探索一条适合他们的培养之路。非正规学前教育针对性强、重实效,能够因地制宜地为处境不利的孩子提供受教育机会。本研究以“四环游戏小组”这个非正规学前教育组织为研究场景,采用行动研究的研究方法,以研究者本人为研究工具。论文分成三个部分,第一部分为导论,首先基于实践和对社会现状的关注提出了问题提出,阐释研究的必要性;再对流动儿童和养成教育的相关文献进行了梳理,了解目前研究的现状;最后进行本研究设计,提出研究问题、思路和方法。第二部分是研究历程,展现了在行动研究过程,通过实施研究计划培养流动儿童行为习惯并观察家长意识和行为的转变,在实践过程中根据实际情况调整研究计划。第四部分为分析与讨论,探索流动儿童习惯养成教育的适宜方式,分析此研究的价值;重新认识学前教育的相关问题。学前教育应该以习惯培养为重要内容,教育来源与生活,回归于生活,着眼于幼儿的可持续发展。通过针对流动儿童行为习惯的特点开展养成教育,在非正规学前组织中培养流动儿童的良好行为习惯,帮助他们更好的适应以后的生活;提高家长的教育能力和自信心,让家长承担其子女教育的第一任教师的责任,为子女行为习惯养成创设一个良好的家庭环境;同时为其他非正规学前教育组织开展流动儿童养成教育提供参考意见。

As a great deal of rural workers floating into the cities since 1990, the education of migrant children has become an inevitable social problem. This dissertation focused on the background and characteristics of migrant children, and it concerned about the habit training and tried to explore a road suitable for their cultivation education.Non-formal pre-school organizations provide educational opportunities for disadvantaged children. This study focussed on cultivating children’s good behavior and habits, taking Sihuan Playgroup as the research scene and using action research. The thesis consists of three parts as following: In the first part, Based on the practice and Literature review,the author put forward to explain the need for research。The second part showed the background and process of the cultivation education in Sihuan Playgroup. The author observed and recorded the changes of immigrant children and their parents behavior. In the last part, it explored appropriate methods and the valueness of cultivation Education for migrant children,and analyzed some issues related to pre-school education.We want to help immigrant children adapt to the future life; and improve parent’s education capacity and confidence. We encourage to create a good family environment for their children and parents to take the responsibility to education for their children's. We hope for other non-formal pre-school organizations to provide a reference to cultivation education for migrant children.
