《红楼梦》是新课标和部编版教材指定的整本书阅读书目，吴泓老师以专题教学的形式开展《红楼梦》阅读教学多年，其教学策略具有一定的研究和推广价值。有鉴于此，本文采取文献研究、案例分析、实物搜集、访谈调查等方法，对吴泓《红楼梦》整本书阅读专题教学的设计与实施策略进行了分析和研究。研究发现，在教学设计方面，吴泓以新课标为导向确定教学目标，以作品价值为基础设计教学环节，准备大量阅读材料支持学生的学习过程，注重依托网络平台开展教学互动。在实施方面，吴泓通过整合资源、导读激趣、分阶段精读、定向研究、写作指导等方法保障教学质量，取得了良好的教学效果。其设计与实施策略对《红楼梦》教学、整本书阅读教学和专题教学都具有一定的参考价值，也存在需要商榷的问题。

"The Dream of Red Mansions" is the entire book reading bibliography specified by the new curriculum standards and the textbook of the Ministry of Education. Its teaching strategies have certain research and promotion value. In view of this, this article analyzes and studies the design and implementation strategies of Wu Hong's "The Dream of Red Mansions" reading project-based teaching by adopting methods such as literature research, case analysis, physical collection, and interview investigation. The study found that in teaching design, Wu Hong set the teaching goals based on the new curriculum standards, designed teaching links based on the value of the works, prepared a large amount of reading materials to support students' learning process, and focused on teaching interactions based on the online platform. In terms of implementation, he through the integration of resources, inspiring reading, staged intensive reading, directed research, writing guidance and other methods to ensure the quality of teaching and achieved good teaching results. Its design and implementation strategy have certain reference value for the teaching of " The Dream of Red Mansions", the entire book reading teaching and the project-based teaching, and there are also problems that need to be discussed.
