互联网的发展让信息交换变得简单，利用网络技术建设具有共享性、重用性、拓展性的课程资源平台有利于推进教育资源的普及，对教育发展具有建设性意义。本论文通过网络调研、文献研究等方法梳理在线学习标准的应用情况，研究SCORM标准的基本特点及工作原理。通过基于开源学习管理系统——MOODLE搭建符合SCORM标准的课程资源平台的实践，更好地理解SCORM标准“共享与重用”的思想。通过此次课程资源平台的搭建，更深刻地认识到了资源的重用性、共享性与拓展性的重要性，对更好地建设网络教育具有启示意义。

The development of the Internet has made information exchange simple. Building a sharable, reusable and scalable curriculum resource platform based on the internet is conducive to promoting the popularization of educational resources, and has constructive significance for the development of education. This thesis sorts out the application of online learning standards through network research and literature research, and studies the basic characteristics and working principles of SCORM standards. Through the practice of building a curriculum resource platform based on the open source learning management system - MOODLE, we can better understand the idea of "sharable and reusable" of the SCORM standards. Through the establishment of the resource platform of this course, the importance of resource reuse, sharing and expansion is more deeply recognized, which has enlightenment for better building online education.
