随着社会负担增加,高校学生的抑郁情绪日益受到大众关注。大学生正处于从青少年时期向成年时期过渡的重要阶段,当面临复杂的学习任务和生活压力时,容易产生抑郁情绪,严重时甚至产生自残自伤的突发事件。因此,探讨大学生抑郁的治疗方案,不仅对帮助大学生摆脱抑郁情绪具有重要的现实意义,还能够为提出科学有效的干预手段提供实证支持。
正念认知疗法作为一种有效的治疗手段,对于缓解抑郁情绪起到了关键的作用,是目前较为成熟,并且拥有完整治疗体系的正念疗法之一。但人在经历创伤后会影响脑岛的活跃性,而脑岛的异常使来访者难以说出自己的故事,这就影响了治疗的效果。触摸作为非言语的治疗手段之一,对改善抑郁有着重要的作用。本研究探讨了触摸与正念之间具有相似的脑区激活和疗效机制:两者能够共同促进脑网络区域连接正常化,从而实现改善抑郁症状的目标。基于此,本研究从结合干预的视角,旨在探索一种新颖的结合治疗方式,从而达到更为有效和全面的治疗效果。
本研究将被试分为触摸正念组、正念组、空白组:触摸正念组在正念认知疗法的基础上结合替代触摸,正念组采用正念认知疗法,空白组进行无干预设计。通过测量三组被试在不同治疗阶段的抑郁水平,并补充焦虑和睡眠质量的数据以验证数据的有效性。采用3(测量阶段:第一周、第四周、第八周)×3(干预方案:正念认知疗法结合替代触摸、正念认知疗法、无干预)重复测量方差分析对实验数据进行检验,最终得出以下结论:
(1)正念认知疗法结合替代触摸对降低大学生抑郁情绪具有显著效果。
(2)在正念认知疗法的基础上结合替代触摸的效果,优于单独使用正念认知疗法的效果。

外文摘要:

Low duplicate checking rate expression: With the increase of social pressure, the depressive emotions of the college student group have received increasing attention. College students are currently at a stage where their physical and mental health has not yet fully developed. When facing complex learning tasks and life pressures, they are prone to depressive emotions, and in severe cases, even unexpected events such as self-harm and self-injury occur. Therefore, exploring the treatment plan for college students' depression not only has important practical significance for helping college students get rid of depressive emotions, but also can provide empirical support for proposing scientific and effective intervention means.
Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, as an effective treatment means, has played a key role in alleviating depressive emotions and is one of the more mature mindfulness therapies with a complete treatment system at present. However, after people experience trauma, it will affect the activity of the insula, and the abnormality of the insula makes it difficult for the visitors to tell their stories, which affects the treatment effect. Touch, as one of the non-verbal treatment means, has an important impact on improving depressive emotions and has a positive effect on people's physical and mental health. This study explores that there are similar brain region activation and curative effect generation mechanisms between touch and mindfulness: both can normalize the connection of the common brain network region, thereby achieving the goal of relieving and improving depressive symptoms. Based on this, from the perspective of combined intervention, this study aims to explore a novel combined treatment method to achieve a more effective and comprehensive treatment effect.
This study divides the subjects into the experimental group, the blank group, and the control group: the experimental group combines surrogate touch on the basis of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, the blank group adopts mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and the control group has no intervention design. By measuring the depression levels of the three groups of subjects at different treatment stages, and supplementing the data of anxiety and sleep quality to verify the validity of the data. Using 3 (measurement stages: the first week, the fourth week, the eighth week) *3 (intervention plans: mindfulness-based cognitive therapy combined with surrogate touch, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, no intervention) repeated measures ANOVA to analyze and test the experimental data, and finally the following conclusions are drawn:
(1) Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy combined with surrogate touch has a significant effect on reducing college students' depressive emotions.
(2) The effect of combining surrogate touch on the basis of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy is better than the effect of using mindfulness-based cognitive therapy alone.
