自卑是一种在人类社会中普遍存在的心理现象,并已经成为阻碍大学生个人发展的主要问题之一。箱庭疗法作为一种易被大学生接受的心理治疗方法,可以为大学生创造一个自由与受保护的空间,让他们在其中表达自我,使自我治愈力得以发挥,改善自卑心理。因此,本研究的目的为探究箱庭疗法改善大学生自卑心理的效果。研究以个体箱庭的形式,对一名高自卑水平的大学生进行了11次箱庭干预,并在箱庭治疗前后通过《自卑感量表(FIS)》对其自卑水平进行评估。本文对11次箱庭作品进行了记录和分析,并结合量表结果及来访者的自我评价,对箱庭疗法的有效性进行了考察。研究结果表明,经过11次的箱庭干预,来访者的自卑心理得到了一定程度的改善。 |

Inferiority
complex is a common psychological phenomenon in human society, which has become
one of the main problems hindering college students' personal development. As a
psychotherapy method that is easily accepted by college students, sandplay
therapy can create a protected space for college students to express
themselves, exert their self-healing power and improve their inferiority
complex. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the intervention
effect of sandplay therapy to improve the inferiority complex of college
students. In the form of individual sandplay, the study conducted 11 times of sandplay
intervention on a college student with high inferiority level, and evaluated
his inferiority level by Feeling of Inferiority Scale (FIS) before and after sandplay therapy. In this paper, 11 cases of sandplay therapy
were recorded and analyzed. Combined with the results of the scale and the
self-evaluation of the client, the effectiveness of sandplay therapy was
investigated. The results show that after 11 times of intervention, the
inferiority complex of the client has been improved to a certain extent.
