本文从政治、经济、社会和技术的角度对温泉酒店业发展的宏观背景进行分析,同时对欧美、亚洲国家以及国内温泉酒店的发展经验教训进行总结。在上述基础上,运用经验分析法、竞争力优势分析法、SWOT分析法、营销学4Ps理论,结合消费者行为学和管理学相关理论,对中家鑫园温泉酒店这一微观主体的市场竞争力进行全面分析,进而对增强中家鑫园温泉酒店的市场竞争力做出规划,包括提高员工素质,优化员工激励制度; 进一步开发特色服务,整体优化服务水平; 革新营销手段,做好网络营销。
最后,站在温泉酒店业全行业的角度,给予存在的共性问题以解决办法,给予面临的共同挑战以应对策略,进而给温泉酒店业的发展提出建议。概括而言,即注重发展的可持续性和综合效益,突出企业特色,实现差异化竞争,注重宣传和营销工作,最大限度开发市场。

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, people’s living standard has been improved tremendously. At the same time, people’s living pressure has also getting increasingly huge.
Nowadays, the chase of the high life quality, the eagerness to release pressure and the increasingly high level of consumption have enabled the “Hot-spring ” to be a new, popular way of relaxing.
This paper discusses the development of “Hot-spring Hotel” from political, economic, and cultural aspect, making a comprehensive analysis of the macro-level background. Then, after discussing the situation of hot spring hotel industry in European, North American and Asian countries, making an analysis of the “hot spring hotel” industry systematically. Meanwhile, applying empirical analysis approach, competitive edge analysis, SWOT analytic method, 4Ps theory, combining with the consumer behavior and management theory, this paper makes a micro-level analysis of the market competiveness of “Zhongjia Xinyuan Hot-spring Hotel”. Based on that, scheming the further development of the market competiveness of “Zhongjia Xinyuan Hot-spring Hotel”, like Improving the staff’s quality and building an effective incentive system; further developing characteristic products and optimize services; Updating the marketing method and making better use of online marketing.
In the end, from the perspective of the entire industry, pointing out the common problems and the related solutions; Responding strategies to the common challenges. Finally propose the suggestions for the Hot-spring Hotel industry, which includes, paying more attention to the consistent development; trying to increase comprehensive benefits; highlighting the hotel’s prominent features and realize diversified competition; improve promotion and marketing, exploiting the market maximally.
