本文首先总结概括数字贸易与跨境电商相关概念与发展现状。随后收集 中美两国跨境电商和数字贸易的相关数据，分析中美两国数字贸易发展基本 状况以中国数据为基础，用美国数据作为验证。分别利用各项指标，借助熵 值法，建立数字贸易综合国际竞争力测度体系与跨境电商发展水平评价体系。 随后，对比分析两国跨境电商与数字贸易相关性，并对选用变量进行面板分 析与中介机制分析。从美国跨境电商与数字贸易各项发展数据中汲取经验， 结合我国实际情况，最终探究如何进一步利用跨境电商带动产业链数字化。

This paper provides an overview of the concepts and current development status of digital trade and cross-border e-commerce. Subsequently, it gathers relevant data on cross-border e-commerce and digital trade between China and the United States, analyzes the fundamental development status of digital trade between these two countries, and validates this analysis using US data. By employing various indicators and the entropy method, we establish a comprehensive international competitiveness measurement system for digital trade as well as a developmental level evaluation system for cross-border e-commerce. Furthermore, we compare and analyze the correlation between cross-border e-commerce and digital trade in both countries, conduct panel analysis along with intermediary mechanism analysis on selected variables. Drawing insights from the development data of cross-border e-commerce and digital trade in the United States while considering China's specific circumstances, we ultimately explore how to further leverage cross-border e-commerce to drive industrial chain digitization.
