校本课程开发是我国基础教育课程改革的重点之一。其核心目标是培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。2001年秋我国提出三级课程管理模式,校本课程在我国已实施多年。但是,针对学生实践创新能力培养的实践性校本课程的开发还存在缺失。针对这个问题,本文提出开发“生物实践性校本课程”并进行实践。课程设计了丰富多彩的实践性教学活动,通过学生大量的动手实践,使学生在实践中发现问题,解决问题,提高能力,从而实现学生的发展。本文选取初中生物课为研究对象,以北京汇文中学为基地开展初中生物实践性校本课程开发的实践研究。首先,从理论上梳理了校本课程开发的概念、发展历史以及方法。同时探讨了生物实践性校本课程的内涵、特点、开发的意义以及开发的可行性。其次,通过访谈法对北京汇文中学校本课程开发的历史与现状进行调查,并在调查的基础上提出开发初中生物实践性校本课程并进行实践。实践过程中,首先通过实地走访和对学生进行访谈等形式进行了课程资源评估和学生需求分析,在此基础上,结合学校教育哲学制定校本课程目标,并设计了初中生物实践性校本课程方案。设计并编写了五大主题15个实践活动的活动指导。最后对该方案进行实践并在实践后进行反思与评价。通过本研究,得到以下结论:1实践性校本课程开发具有必要性。首先,成功构建了初中生物实践性校本课程开发框架,实现了对学生能力培养的目标;其次,从学生兴趣和需求出发设计课程,实现学生角色转变;第三,课程设计充分考虑学校的需求和发展,开发与实施充分利用学校资源,体现学校文化特色;第四,实现教师专业发展。2实践性校本课程开发具有可行性。3为保证校本课程开发质量,总结归纳了实践性校本课程开发的六条基本原则。最后,本研究讨论了初中生物实践性校本课程开发实践中出现的问题,并针对这些问题给出了解决建议。近两轮的课程实践显示:本课程受到学生的认可和好评;得到学生家长的关注和肯定;同时,学校领导和教育专家也对本课程给与积极地评价。生物实践性校本课程教育效果显著。

School-based Curriculum development is one of the key point in our elementary education curriculum reform. The core objective is to raise student's innovation spirit and practice ability. In the autumn of 2001, our country proposed three-tier model of curriculum management, school-based curriculum has been implemented for many years in China ,however, the practical school-based curriculum development focusing on raising student’s innovation spirit and practice ability is still missing. To address this issue, this paper proposes the development of practical biology curriculum and carries on the practice. The paper designs a variety of practical teaching activities. With a large number of hands-on practices, the students are able to identify problems in practice, solve problems, and sharpen the ability to achieve the development. This article selects the junior high school biology class as the object of study. The author uses Beijing Huiwen Middle School as a base to carry out practical study of biology curriculum development. First of all, the paper theoretically lists the concept, the development, the history as well as methods. Also, the article discusses the meaning of practical biology curriculum, characteristics, developments and the development feasibility as well. Secondly, the paper investigates the past and current situation in the development of school-based curriculum in Beijing Huiwen Middle School, and proposes and executes the plan to develop practical school-based curriculum of biology in junior high schools based on this investigation. During the execution of this plan, first, the author assesses the current curriculum resource and analyzes students’demand. Then, the author establishes the objective of school-based curriculum, combined with the educational philosophy of Huiwen Middle School, and designs curriculum program of practical biology curriculum in junior high school as well. The author also designs and compiles the practice guide of 15 activities in 5 subjects. Finally the author carries out the practice and make retrospect and evaluation of the result.This study forms the instruction to raise students’ practical ability, in addition to the completion of practical school-based curriculum development of biology in Beijing Huiwen Middle School. It also summarizes the principle of the development of practical school-based curriculum. This paper also discusses problems during the development of practical biology curriculum, and gives the suggestion on how to solve these problems.
