在21世纪的今天,未来教育发生变化的环境里,教育企业怎样由小发展到大?怎样做强?怎样创出品牌?这取决于企业的核心竞争力。未来的市场竞争,是企业核心竞争力的竞争,没有核心竞争力就不可能有企业竞争力,更不可能有国际竞争力,创出国际品牌。 全文共分为八章,前三章为理论篇,研究了核心竞争力的理论,追溯了核心竞争力的起源,现代核心竞争力理论的发展,并创造性地提出了核心竞争力六要素模型。后五章为实践篇,通过对新东方一个具体的企业由小到大的发展,成为中国第一民办教育集团的研究,采用PEST分析法对新东方英语培训行业进行分析,再应用核心竞争力六要素模型对新东方核心竞争力的构建要素进行分析,并揭示出新东方核心竞争力存在的问题,提供了应对策略和解决问题的方法,进一步总结出在广大中小教育企业有借鉴意义的核心竞争力六要素。第一章, 介绍了研究背景,研究问题与意义,研究思路与方法,本文的创新之处。第二章, 综述了核心竞争力理论,研究了核心竞争力的提出,起源与发展,并对核 心竞争力主要理论观点进行评述。第三章, 创造性地提出了核心竞争力六要素模型,重点阐述了核心竞争力的六要素,简述了核心竞争力六要素模型的两大理论支撑。第四章, 从理论进入实践,对新东方发展5个阶段进行梳理。第五章, 用PEST分析法对新东方英语培训行业,进行政治环境、经济环境、文化环境、技术环境四大因素进行分析。第六章, 用核心竞争力六要素模型对新东方核心竞争力的构成要素进行分析。 第七章, 揭示了新东方核心竞争力存在的问题,提供相应的对策和解决方法。第八章, 研究结论与展望。提炼对广大中小教育企业有借鉴意义的核心竞争力六要素,并对核心竞争力六要素模型的发展进行了分析。本文的创新之处:第一, 创造性地提出了核心竞争力六要素模型:高尚的使命感和价值观,认同价值观的人才体系,健康力,创新体系,富有洞察力的远见,有区别的考评体系。它进一步发展了核心竞争力理论。第二, 通过新东方一个具体的企业由小到大的发展,成为中国第一民办教育集团的研究,分析其核心竞争力构成要素,揭示其核心竞争力存在的问题,提供了相应的应对策略和解决办法,提炼出对广大中小教育企业有借鉴意义的核心竞争力六要素。它对广大的中小教育企业由小发展到大,创出著名品牌,有广泛的实践意义。它使中小教育企业构建企业的核心竞争力,在激烈的国内外市场竞争中,获得竞争优势,从而成为一流国际教育企业。
外文摘要:
In the twenty-first century, education environment changes rapidly. How can education business develop from small to large? How to become strong? How to create brand? Those all depend on a company's core competitiveness. Future market competition relies on the core competitiveness of the corporation. While there is not core competitiveness,there is no competitiveness of enterprises or nations , nor creating international brand. This paper is divided into eight chapters, the first three chapters are to study the core competence theory, which traces the origin of core competence, core competence theory of modern development, and creatively puts forward the six-factor model of core competence. The last five chapters are practice articles on a specific company's development from small to big which is called New Oriental, then to become the first private education research group. We use PEST to analyze English language training industry, apply the six-factor model of the new Core Competence of Oriental elements, reveal the core competitiveness of New Oriental problems, provide coping strategies and problem-solving approach, and further summarize the core reference six elements of competitiveness in the middle and small enterprises of education. The first chapter introduces the research background, research questions and significance of research ideas and methods, and innovation of this paper. The second chapter reviews the core competence theory, the core competitiveness of the proposed origin, and the development of core competitiveness. And the main theoretical perspectives are reviewed. Chapter three creatively puts forward the six-factor model of core competence, six elements of the core competitiveness are supported by two theories is. Chapter four are from theory into practice, taking the New Oriental as an example to sort out the development of five stages. Chapter five uses PEST to analyze English training industry, including political environment, economic environment, cultural environment, technological environment as four factors. Chapter six uses a six-factor model of core competence to analyze the core competence of the New Oriental. Chapter seven reveals the existence of core competitiveness of the New Oriental Education Group, and provides countermeasures and solutions. Chapter eight gives the conclusions and prospects., which shows that refined education on middle and small enterprises are the core competitiveness of reference six elements, and the six-factor model of core competence development are analyzed. The innovation of this article: Firstly, the article creatively puts forward six-factor model of core competence: noble missions and values, the identification values of talent system, health, innovation system, insightful vision, and different evaluation system. It improves the core competence theory system. Secondly, this paper takes New Oriental Education Group developing from small to large as an example. It became the first private education groups, assessed their core competence elements, revealed the existence of its core competitiveness, provided a corresponding response strategies and solutions, extracted the education of middle and small enterprises on the reference of the six elements of core competence, and created a famous brand.
