当下家庭暴力事件频发，家庭暴力违法犯罪日益受到人们的关注和重视。鉴于家庭暴力犯罪中的弱势群体往往较难维护自己的合法权益，家庭暴力犯罪的防治迫在眉睫。本文通过文献阅读和比较研究的方法，致力于让弱势群体了解并合理运用我国当前家庭暴力犯罪的公力、社会和私力救济机制，让更多弱势群体应用合法有效的武器维护自身的合法权益，并促使我国相关组织机构借鉴境外成功经验，解决当前救济机制存在的问题，为弱势群体提供更加有效的救济。

At present, domestic violence incidents occur frequently.Domestic violence crimes increasingly attracted people’s attention. In view of the vulnerable groups in domestic violence crime find more difficult to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, the prevention and treatment of domestic violence crime is imminent.Through the method of literature reading and comparative studying,this paper is devoted to make vulnerable groups understand and make rational use of the current domestic violence crime’s public force relief, social relief and  private force relief mechanism, making more vulnerable groups to use legitimate and effective weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests.And urge our relevant organizations and institutions to learn from foreign successful experience,to solve the problems existing in the current relief mechanism,and to provide more effective relief for vulnerable groups.
