在知识经济飞速发展的今天,教育是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,教师则是教育事业发展中的关键一环,而教师的教学效能感则直接影响到教学活动的质量。目前,我国的教育事业中,教师环节仍存在着诸多问题急需解决,教师的教学效能感有待提高。

在具体研究中,本文深入研究了教师教学效能感相关理论,并以此为理论基础,依据《教师教学效能感量表》《教学监控能力量表》《学校环境量表》,对744名高中教师进行了调查,这些老师来自北京,河北,山东,山西等地,获得原始数据后,以SPSS Statistics软件为工具应用到数据分析中来,并获取相应研究结果:(1)从高中教师教学效能来看,总体水平仍然具有较大的上升空间,目前处于中等适当位置。 (2) 高中教师的不同特征(教龄、性别、职称、学科、年级)在个人教学效能感和一般教学效能感上存在差异(3)对高中教师的教学效能感具有影响力的因素有多种,而学校环境的影响较为突出,工作发展条件的影响最大,其次分别是人际关系、领导的能力、校风和物质环境。(4)教师教学监控能力对高中教师教学效能感有预测作用,教学监控能力高的教师,会获得更高的教学效能感(5)学校环境直接影响教学效能感,同时通过对教师的教学监控能力的影响,进而对教师教学效能感间接影响,在这个过程中,教学监控能力发挥出中介作用。

根据以上研究结果,本文对如何找到合适的方法提升教师的教学效能感,提出自己的看法,认为要分别从学校和教师两个方面进行: (1)学校方面要为教师创造良好的工作发展条件;(2)学校领导要做出正确的领导;(3)学校要建立健全考核制度,营造良好的校风;(4)学校要优化基础设施建设,完善硬件设施;(5)教师要创建和谐的人际关系;(6)教师要丰富知识积累,积极向有经验的教师学习;(7)教师要调整心态,提高教学监控能力。

Today, with the rapid development of knowledge economy, education is an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country. Teachers are a key link in the development of education, and teachers' sense of teaching efficacy directly affects the quality of teaching activities. At present, there are still many problems to be solved in teachers' education in China, and teachers' teaching efficacy needs to be improved.

In the specific research, this paper deeply studies the theory of teacher's teaching efficacy, and is based on this theory. According to the "teacher's teaching efficacy scale", "teaching monitoring ability scale" and "school environment scale", 744 senior high school teachers were investigated. These teachers came from Beijing, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi and other places, and The paper  obtained the original data. Using SPSS Statistics as tools to apply data analysis, and get the corresponding research results: (1) from the perspective of teaching effectiveness of senior high school teachers, the overall level still has a larger room for improvement. At present, it is in a moderate position. (2) the different characteristics of senior high school teachers (eg. teaching age, gender, professional title, subject, grade) directly influence on personal teaching efficacy and general teaching efficacy. There are great differences between the two sides. (3) there are many factors that influence the teaching efficacy of senior high school teachers, while the impact of school environment is more prominent, and the conditions of work development are the most influential. Next in importance, they are interpersonal relationship, leadership ability, school spirit and material environment. (4) teachers' teaching monitoring ability has a predictive effect on teaching efficacy of senior high school teachers. If teachers have higher teaching monitoring ability, their teaching efficacy will be improved. (5) the school environment directly affects teaching efficacy, and at the same time it has a role in teaching monitoring ability of teachers. In addition, it has indirect influence on teachers' sense of teaching efficacy. In this process, teaching monitoring ability plays an intermediary role.

According to the above research results, this paper puts forward its own views on how to find suitable ways to enhance teachers' teaching efficacy, and thinks that two aspects should be carried out separately from schools and teachers: (1) schools should create favorable conditions for their work development; (2) school leaders should make correct leadership; (3) schools should establish a health examination system and create a good school spirit;(4) schools should optimize infrastructure construction and improve hardware facilities; (5) teachers should create harmonious interpersonal relationships; (6) teachers should enrich knowledge accumulation and actively learn from experienced teachers; (7) teachers should adjust their mindset and improve teaching monitoring ability.
