慈善救助，尤其是儿童大病慈善救助领域，普遍存在专业服务能力欠缺问题。社会工作者的介入，使得儿童大病慈善救助更加专业化、科学化。社会工作者的多元化角色促进了儿童大病慈善救助的发展创新。本文以北京市Y紧急救助项目为例，运用文献研究法、参与观察法、半结构式访谈法探讨社会工作者面临的角色困境，并基于此提出社会工作者的角色规范化路径。

Charity aid, especially in the field of seriously ill children, generally has problems that lack professional service capabilities. The involvement in social workers has made the field of charity aid for seriously ill children more professional and scientific. The diversified role of social workers brings innovation to the field of charity aid for seriously ill children. This article takes the Y emergency rescue project in Beijing as an example. The article uses the literature research method, the participant observation method, the semi-structured interview method to explore the role dilemmas faced by social workers and proposes the role of standardization paths.
