操纵个体感知到的心理距离远近,探究在不同心理距离水平下,个体所持的对不同性别领导者在社交型领导特质上的刻板印象的差异。研究共招募132名大学生,采用2*2混合实验设计(材料中领导者性别:男vs.女;心理距离:远vs.近),对其外显刻板印象进行测量。结果表明:与材料中领导者心理距离远的被试,其社交型领导特质刻板印象显著低于与材料中领导者心理距离近的被试;在社交型领导特质刻板印象上,对于不同性别的领导者,个体对女性的刻板印象显著高于男性。心理距离在领导者性别对社交型领导特质刻板印象的影响中起到调节作用,感知到与材料中领导者心理距离近的被试对不同性别领导者所持的刻板印象无显著差异;而感知到与材料中领导者心理距离远的被试,其对女性领导者所持的社交型领导特质刻板印象显著高于男性。

The present study investigated the gender difference of stereotype underlying the communal leadership trait under different psychological distance level. 132 college students participated in the research to finish a self-design stereotype questionnaire. The result showed that the subjects who felt for away from the leader had a higher sore in stereotype questionnaire。
Psychological distance played a moderating role in the influence of the gender of the leader on the stereotype underlying the communal leadership trait. For those who felt closed to the leader, there was no significant difference in stereotype whether the leader was a man or woman. However, when felt far from the leader, they tended to have a higher score in stereotype questionnaire when the leader was a woman.
