聚合物不对称颗粒由于其结构、表面电荷以及化学性质的不对称性,在细胞诊断与治疗、固体乳化剂、光学器件以及功能涂层等领域引起了人们广泛的研究兴趣。如何对聚合物不对称颗粒的结构、表面电荷以及化学性质进行精确调控一直是研究的重点。本研究采用二维胶体微印刷术制备出周期、高宽比可控的大面积聚合物碗状阵列,以该阵列作为模板,通过调控模板上碗状结构单元(主要是周期以及高宽比)、及其表面电荷实现其对具有不同尺寸的带电聚合物颗粒的选择性捕捉。选用四氢呋喃作为溶剂,使聚合物颗粒在碗状结构内溶融—再成型,从而制备出结构和表面电荷性质不对称的聚合物颗粒。

Anisotropic polymer particles have attracted much research interests because of their asymmetry of structure, surface charge and chemical properties in diagnosis, emulsion, optical and functional coatings. Precisely regulating the structure, surface charge and chemical properties of those particles is significance in wide applications. In this study, the large-area bowl-like polymer arrays with tunable periodicity and height-diameter ratio were used as templates. The polymer arrays were prepared by 2D colloidal micro printing technique. Then, selectively capturing the charged polymer particles was realized by tuning the structure (mainly periodicity and height-diameter), surface charge of the templates and the size of the charged particles. Tetrahydrofuran was used as a solvent to melt and reshape the polymer particles after they adsorbed in the bowl-like structures. Finally, the polymer particles with anisotropic structure and surface charge are obtained.
