多样化的社会需要多样化的人才,于是普通高中特长生的大量出现成为高中教育的一道风景线;多样化的人才需要多样化的教育,面对这个特殊的群体,教育就要因材施教,有的放矢地进行;多样化的教育需要教育工作者多样化的教学策略,提高高中特长生在语文写作方面的能力,成为本文的研究课题。文章在绪论中主要阐述了选题的意义和价值、相关问题的研究以及本文的难点和创新点。全文的主体包括四部分,第一章主要介绍高中特长生的特点,其中包括高中特长生的定义、高中特长生在特长方面的能力特点、高中特长生在写作方面的特点,总体上认识在当代社会出现的高中特长生这一特殊的群体。第二章主要是对高中特长生和普通高中生在写作特点上的比较,具体包括高中特长生较普通高中生在写作上的不足和优势,包括高中特长生在写作时间不足、写作知识结构不够完整等方面的分析,以及他们在写作素材方面较普通高中生拥有的一些优势。第三章则是分析高中特长生写作特点形成的原因,包括特长生心理特点,特长学习过程形成的知识和技能、情感和态度、人生观和价值观在写作上的体现等。第四章是本文的具体实践部分,针对高中特长生的特点提出提高其写作能力的具体措施,包括积极改变教师教育教学观念、充分调动特长学生的写作积极性、设计灵活多样充实有效的作文课等。同时,为体现作文教学的有效性,本文提供了具体的教学设计和学生文章,这些都是笔者就高中特长生的特点进行的充实有效的教学实践,其中课堂气氛活跃,学生写作积极性高,并且有了出乎意料的好文章,从而教育的真正意义体现出来,任何一个学生都是有潜力的。实践是检验真理的唯一标准,希望和致力于语文写作教学研究的教师共同探讨。

A diversified society needs diverse personnel: thus a large presence of students with a speciality has become a scenery line in ordinary senior high school education; diverse personnel need diversified education: in the face of this special group, education must be carried in accordance with their aptitude and with a purpose; diversified education needs diversified teaching strategies by educational workers, improving the Chinese writing ability of senior high school students with a speciality is the research aim of this paper.Writing, the top priority in Chinese teaching, is the greatest headache for high school students, especially for senior high school students with a speciality. Since engaged in the work of education, the author has been dealing with senior high school students with a speciality, and has also been thinking how to improve their literary accomplishment so as to let them fall in love with the learning of Chinese. After years of teaching reform practice, the author chooses to start from improving their writing ability. The reason lies in that the ability in compositions is the embodiment of the comprehensive quality, whether in the field of music, dance, art, or in calligraphy, media, and sports, a higher literal quality will not only be helpful for this special group of students in studying their prospective majors, but also exert an indispensable role in their personal development in the future. At the same time, the author found that such students’ acquired knowledge and skills, mastered abilities, and formed view in practicing their speciality are the essential presupposition in writing a Chinese composition. Therefore, transforming these advantages into their Chinese writing is the very direction of Chinese teachers in future.With this idea, the author made an analysis of the abilities, psychological characters and current writing conditions of senior high school students with a speciality, and put forward some effective educating and teaching measures such as changing teachers’ educating and teaching concepts, making a full use of such students’ enthusiasm on writing, carrying on flexible various teaching activities, and then realizing this teaching idea and the significance of practice through the fragments of what they write in class and after class.
