教学实践证明,仍有许多老师在作文教学中采用耗时、低效的全收全改批改方式。教师苦不堪言,学生漠然视之。笔者查阅了大量关于作文批改的文献,了解国内作文批改的研究成果。根据新课程理念,结合高中作文教学的实际,从作文批改入手进行作文教学实验研究。 本研究在对作文教学及作文批改现状进行问卷调查和访谈的基础上,提出了小组合作批改作文的教学方案,试图在老师恰当、科学的指导下,让每一位学生主动参与到作文批改中,以改促写,提高作文能力及语文素养。以任教班级学生为实验对象,认真设计教学实验的每个环节:合理分组,舆论宣传和前测,指导学生。本研究教学环节设计为:写作指导与训练,小组合作批改,班级交流,教师点评,进行修改,成果展示。实验分为两个阶段,时间为十四周。实验第一阶段结束后,依据实际情况,认真归纳存在的问题。针对第一阶段出现批改不规范、重评价轻建议、重整体轻局部的问题,在实验第二阶段采取了改进措施,以期保证研究的最佳成效。研究表明,小组合作批改作文提高了学生的批改能力,增强了学生的写作兴趣,培养了学生的合作意识,提高了学生的作文能力。

In composition evaluation, our teachers still read all the compositions that handed by the students and correct them one by one.This time-consumed, inefficient and old method makes us teacher tired and most importantly, this way can’t arise the students' interest about this skill. In order to reduce the burden of our teachers in correcting composition, the author has read a lot of books and puts forward a method that meets the standards of new curricular.This paper firstly to analyze the situation of composition teaching and evaluation by questionnaire and questioning. And then the author puts forward teamwork in composition- evaluation That is, every student takes part in composition-evaluation actively. With the help of teachers, the ability of students in composition has been improved in the process of evaluation. The students you are teaching are required to be the experimental subject. In order to achieve the purpose, the experiment involves grouping, introduction and pretesting. The experiment has been divided into writing training, composition correcting in team, exchanges in class, teacher's comment, revision, composition presentation. This experiment takes two weeks (two periods). During the first period, the students find that they didn't follow the standard in correcting the composition, they paid more attention to the teacher's judgments than suggestions and they just paid attention to the whole composition but didn't stress the parts in composition. Then in the second period, the students take certain method to solve the problems appeared in the first period. The research shows that teamwork plays an important role in improving students' ability in composition correcting and writing, enhancing their writing interest and cultivating the consciousness of cooperation.
