在现代竞技体育排球攻防技术中，以快攻为主带动强攻的打法在排球进攻体系中越来越重要，副攻在比赛中所起的核心作用也越来越重要。本文采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法，对2022年世界女子排球锦标赛中国女排副攻和前四强副攻运动员在非技术指标和进攻技术方面进行了全面的对比分析研究，并针对中国女排的副攻队员在比赛中存在的问题，以及收集到的数据进行综合分析比较。研究表明：1.在非技术性指标方面，中国队副攻的身高、扣球高度和拦网高度均高于四个队平均水平，平均年龄也处于最佳上升期，但是在体重和克托莱指数上略低于四强副攻。2.在发球效果方面，五支队伍上场的副攻均采用跳飘发球技术，中国女排副攻发球攻击性高于四强副攻但直接发死得分较少。3.在扣球效果方面，中国副攻直接扣球得分在四强副攻里排最后一名，同时进攻也容易被拦回拦起。在进攻战术方面短平快和背飞用的最多，成功率处于四强副攻的中等水平。美国和巴西非常重视副攻进攻，中国女排副攻的战术不够简洁，需要在场上发挥出来。 4.在拦网效果方面，中国副攻拦网水平和四强副攻差距不大，但触网犯规较多，应减少没必要的失分。

In the modern competitive sports volleyball offensive and defensive techniques, the playing style of fast attack mainly driving strong attack has become more and more important in the volleyball offensive system, and the central role played by the sub attackers in the game has become more and more important. This paper adopts the research methods of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis and research on the non-technical indicators and offensive techniques of the Chinese women's volleyball team and the top four sub-attackers of this tournament in the 2022 World Women's Volleyball Championship, and to address the problems of the Chinese women's volleyball team's sub-attackers in the game and to conduct a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the collected data.The study shows that:1.In terms of non-technical indicators, the height, dunking height and blocking height of China's sub attackers are higher than the average of the four teams, and their average age is in the best rising stage, but they are slightly lower than the top four sub attackers in terms of weight and kettley index.2.In terms of serving effect, all five teams on the court used jumping and floating serving technique, Chinese women's volleyball vice attackers served more aggressively than the top four vice attackers but scored fewer direct deadly serves.3.In terms of dunking effect, the direct dunking score of Chinese vice attackers is in the middle to upper level among the top four vice attackers, but the attack is easy to be blocked back and blocked up. In terms of attacking tactics, short and fast and back-flying are used most often, and the success rate is in the middle level of the top four attackers. The United States and Brazil attach great importance to the secondary attack, the Chinese women's volleyball team's secondary attack tactics are not simple enough and need to be played out on the field. In terms of blocking effect, there is not much difference between the Chinese vice attackers' blocking level and the top four vice attackers, but there are more fouls in touching the net and unnecessary points should be reduced.
