“倦怠”不仅发生在职场员工工作的过程中,也发生在学生学习的过程中。许多研究显示,国内有大量研究生面临着学业倦怠的困扰,并因此受困于更低的学业成就、更加糟糕的身体与心理健康状况。因此,研究生学业倦怠问题亟需引起心理健康工作者乃至全社会的重视。 本文主要考察了使用接纳与承诺疗法干预研究生个体学业倦怠的可行性与有效性,并初步探索了起效因素。首先,研究者根据接纳与承诺疗法的病理模型和治疗模型设计了10次左右的个体心理咨询干预计划。其次,研究者招募了1名受到学业倦怠困扰的博士二年级学生参与心理咨询,进行了1次初筛访谈与10次个体心理咨询会谈。研究者使用研究生学业倦怠量表、病人健康问卷、广泛性焦虑量表在咨询前、咨询结束时与咨询结束一个月时进行施测,使用学习投入量表、研究生学业自我效能感问卷、接纳与行动问卷(第二版)、与学习相关的接纳与行动问卷、认知融合分问卷在咨询前、5次咨询后、咨询结束时以及咨询结束一个月时进行施测,以评估咨询效果。此外,研究者也在咨询结束一个月时对来访者进行了访谈,与之讨论咨询中的改变与改变原因。 结果表明,在咨询结束时,来访者的学业倦怠症状有所减少,抑郁、焦虑情绪有所缓解。这些改变在进行追踪测时有一定程度的维持。访谈显示接纳与承诺疗法对该个体的干预起到了良好的效果,提升了来访者的心理灵活性。最后,研究者提出未来或许可以更加关注接纳与承诺疗法本土化问题。 |

Burnout occurs not only in the work process among employees, but also in the learning process of students. Many studies have shown that a lot of graduate students in China face the problem of academic burnout and are therefore trapped in lower academic achievement and worse physical and mental health. Therefore, the issue of academic burnout among graduate students needs to be taken seriously by mental health workers. This article mainly examines the feasibility and effectiveness of using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to intervene in individual academic burnout among graduate students, and preliminarily explores the influencing factors. Firstly, The researcher designed a plan containing 10 sessions. Secondly, the researcher recruited a doctoral sophomore who was troubled by academic burnout to participate in counseling, and conducted a preliminary screening interview and 10 counseling sessions. The researcher used the Graduate Academic Burnout Scale, the Patient Health Questionnaire, and the Generalized Anxiety Scale to conduct tests before, at the end of, and one month after the counseling, respectively. The researcher also used the Learning Engagement Scale, Graduate Academic Self Efficacy Questionnaire, the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (Second Edition), the Learning Related Acceptance and Action Questionnaire, and the Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire to conduct tests before, during, and after the counseling, respectively, to assess the effectiveness of the counseling. At the end of the counseling, the client’s depression and anxiety were relieved, and the symptoms of academic burnout were reduced, indicating that Acceptance and Commitment Therapy had a good effect on this individual. The researcher also reviewed and discussed the effective factors of counseling. Finally, the researcher proposed that in the future, more attention might be paid to the localization of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. |
