中国-东盟自由贸易协定（ACFTA）是中国与东盟国家特别是越南之间经济联 系的重要桥梁， 对区域经济增长贡献显著。因此， 深入研究 ACFTA 对越南国际贸 易动态的影响颇具价值。本研究旨在详细解析越南与 ACFTA 成员国和非成员国的 贸易模式变化， 通过对协定生效前后的国际贸易格局的比较分析， 阐明 ACFTA 的 影响， 为越南及更广泛的东盟地区的政策制定者、企业和利益相关者提供应对协 定带来的机遇和挑战的方法。

本研究采用了二手数据， 并采用贸易引力模型为分析框架， 确保了客观性和 稳定性。研究模型中纳入了越南贸易伙伴的经济规模、地理距离和政治素质等关 键变量。此外， 研究还呈现了多年来的贸易价值和产品数据， 提供了 ACFTA 实施 前后越南国际贸易动态的比较视图。

本研究发现， ACFTA 已成为增强越南进出口的显著驱动力， 在与成员国的贸 易关系中尤为突出； 其对非成员国的影响相对较小。越南主要从 ACFTA 成员国进 口商品， 但其出口目的地则更为多样化， 包含 ACFTA 之外的其他国家。同时， 签 署 ACFTA 后，越南的贸易商品出现向更高价值产品变化的趋势。此外， 签署 ACFTA 后，中国成为越南在质量和数量方面的主要进出口伙伴。

鉴于 ACFTA 带来的重大利好， 越南应进一步追求类似的自由贸易协定（FTA）。此外，越南还需要对 ACFTA 进行更全面的研究， 以优化从此类协定中获取的价值。

The  China-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement  (ACFTA)  serves  as  a  crucial  link between  the   economies  of  China   and  ASEAN   nations,  particularly  Vietnam, contributing  significantly  to  regional  economic  growth.  Consequently,  there  is  an urgent requirement  for  a thorough  examination  of ACFTA's  effects  on Vietnam's international trade dynamics. This research endeavors to offer detailed insights into the shifts in Vietnam's trade patterns with both  ACFTA members  and  non-members, conducting a comparative analysis of its international trade landscape before and after the agreement's enactment. Through this analysis, the impacts of ACFTA will be elucidated, providing policymakers, businesses, and stakeholders across Vietnam and the broader ASEAN region with the means to navigate the opportunities and challenges presented by the agreement.

This study employed secondary data and adopted the gravity model as its analytical framework, ensuring objectivity and robustness. Key variables of Vietnam’s trading partners, such as economic  size, geographical distance,  and political  quality, were incorporated into the research model. Additionally, the study presents the data of trade values  and  products  over  many  years,  offering  a  comparative  view  of  Vietnam's international trade dynamics before and after the implementation of ACFTA.

This study found that the ACFTA has emerged as a significant driver in bolstering both imports and exports in Vietnam, with its impact particularly pronounced in trade relations with member countries. However, its influence on non-member nations is comparatively lesser. Vietnam primarily sources imports from ACFTA members while

simultaneously diversifying its export destinations beyond the agreement's confines.

Notably, there  is  a  discernible  trend  towards  the  trade  of  higher-value  products facilitated by ACFTA. After the signing of ACFTA, China, in particular, has risen as Vietnam's foremost import and export partner in terms of quality and quantity.

The significant advantages identified in this research regarding the impacts of ACFTA underscore the necessity for Vietnam to explore additional similar Free Trade Agreements  (FTAs)  to  enhance  its  international  trade.  Furthermore,  there  is  a compelling need for conducting more comprehensive research on ACFTA to optimize the benefits derived from such agreements.
