尽管我国教育部门和劳动法对教师的工作量标准有所说明和规范,但在新形势下,随着教育改革的推进,家长、学校乃至社会对教师教学模式、教师专业化发展等方面的要求都发生了变化,这些都使教师的工作量增加,教师的工作压力增大,从而影响了教师的身心健康水平以及教学质量。近年来学者们对我国教师工作量的研究很少,且这些研究选取的研究对象多是大学教师,缺少以中小学教师为研究对象的针对性工作量现状调查问卷。在现有研究的基础上,本研究编制中小学教师工作量现状调查问卷,深入了解我国中小学教师工作量现状,填补以往研究的空白,为中小学教师身心发展以及教学质量的提高提供指导。

Although China's education department and labor law have explained and standardized the workload standards of teachers, with the advancement of education reform, parents, schools and society have different requirements for teachers' teaching mode and teachers' professional development. These changes have increased the workload and pressure on teachers, which has seriously affected teachers’ physical and mental health. In recent years, scholars have rarely studied the workload of teachers in China, and most of these research objects are university teachers, not primary and secondary school teachers. Based on the existing research, this paper attempts to compile a questionnaire on the workload of primary and secondary school teachers, so as to deeply understand the current workload of primary and secondary school teachers in China, fill in the gaps of previous research, and provide guidance for the physical and mental development of primary and secondary school teachers.
