自2003年我国实行社区矫正以来，矫正教育成为社区矫正的重要内容之一，旨在转化罪犯思想、改造不良行为、预防再犯罪。女性犯罪自20世纪80年代以来，犯罪人数和所占比例都呈现逐年上升的趋势，且女性的犯罪路径与矫正教育需求具有其独特性，然而目前我国的社区矫正教育缺少针对女性服刑人员的具体措施。 本研究采用质性研究方法，在北京市H区司法局社区矫正中心进行了为期三个月的参与式观察，收集了H区司法局588名女性服刑人员的数据资料，同时对10名服刑人员进行了半结构式访谈，获得了具有支持性的一手资料。本文致力于回答以下三个问题：第一，当前参与社区矫正的女性服刑人员具有哪些犯罪特征？第二，女性服刑人员有哪些矫正教育需求？第三，面对她们的需求和独特性，社会工作该如何嵌入于矫正教育之中？ 本文研究发现，女性服刑人员的教育需求集中于五大方面：法律援助、经济救助、情感支持、心理辅导和观念教育。法律援助是指针对存在法律盲区而犯罪的女性，进行法律知识的普及；经济救助是指针对失业女性的就业帮扶教育；情感支持集中于家庭情感关怀，包括亲密关系和亲子关系的维系；心理辅导包含情绪管理和压力化解；观念教育主要是针对经济类犯罪和性犯罪的女性服刑人员，进行金钱观和婚恋观的教育。 本文认为，一方面，女性服刑人员的犯罪路径及其面临的矫正教育困境，与女性的社会性别呈强相关，主要体现在经济、教育和自我认同方面。另一方面，目前的矫正教育与女性社会性别呈弱相关，在情感教育专业性、帮扶教育赋权性、观念教育强度等方面的矫正教育力度尚有不足，需要专业力量的介入。本文结合个案工作、小组工作和社区工作三大方法，基于现有的矫正模式，探讨女性社会工作如何嵌入社区矫正教育之中，以发挥社会工作赋权意识、系统意识以及社会倡导在矫正教育中的作用，切实帮助女性服刑人员获得重新生活的力量。

Since the implementation of community correction in China in 2003, corrective education has become one of the important contents of community correction, aiming at transforming criminal thoughts, transforming bad behaviors, and preventing recidivism. Since the 1980s, the number of crimes and the proportion of female crimes have been increasing year by year, criminal path and corrective education demand of women have their own uniqueness. However, at present, community correction education in China lacks specific measures for female prisoners. This study used a qualitative research method to conduct a three-month participatory observation at the Community Correction Center of the H District Judicial Bureau of Beijing, collecting data on 588 female prisoners in the H District Judicial Bureau, and 10 prisoners. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and supportive first-hand information was obtained. This article is dedicated to answering the following three questions: First, what are the criminal characteristics of female prisoners currently involved in community corrections? Second, what are the correctional education needs of female prisoners? Third, how can social work be embedded in corrective education in the face of their needs and uniqueness? The study found that the educational needs of female prisoners are concentrated in five major areas: legal aid, economic assistance, emotional support, psychological counseling, and conceptual education. Legal aid refers to the popularization of legal knowledge for women who commit crimes in the legal blind zone; economic assistance refers to the employment assistance education for unemployed women; emotional support focuses on family emotional care, including the maintenance of intimate relationships and parent-child relationships; Counseling includes emotional management and stress relief; conceptual education is mainly for female prisoners of economic crimes and sexual crimes, and educates on money and marriage. This paper believes that on the one hand, the criminal path of female prisoners and the corrective education dilemma faced are strongly related to women's gender, mainly reflected in economics, education and self-identification. On the other hand, the current corrective education is weakly related to women's gender. There is still insufficient correction education in the aspects of emotional education professionalism, education empowerment, and concept education intensity. It requires the intervention of professional strength. This paper combines the three methods of case work, group work and community work, based on the existing correction model, to explore how women's social work is embedded in community correction education, in order to give play to social work empowerment awareness, system awareness and social advocacy in corrective education. The role of the female prisoners to help regain the power of life.
