伦理学家的一项重要工作就是对人们的日常道德观念进行反思,从而建立自己的伦理思想体系。这一工作主要包含两个方面的内容:一是澄清日常道德概念或规范的涵义,另一个是使日常道德规范体系化。本文试图从此角度梳理孔子的伦理学思想,呈现其建构自己体系的理性化过程。这一分析将以《论语》为底本。通过分析,我们将看到孔子实际上自觉地承担了从日常道德观念上升到伦理学研究的工作。首先,孔子对道德概念或规范的涵义进行了澄清。这种澄清的工作包含两个方面:一个是对道德概念的界定。孔子对道德概念或规范的涵义进行了界定。他进行界定的方法不同于苏格拉底。另一个是对道德规范的矫正。这一工作主要体现在“正名”上。通过“正名”,孔子纠正了人们对道德概念误用的错误和矫正了人们持有的错误的道德概念或规范。其次,孔子对道德规范进行了体系化的工作。孔子通过“正名”矫正道德规范的同时,实际上也指出了日常道德规范的正确性或错误性;同时他依据各规范的重要性和彼此间的逻辑关系把它们整合为一个规范体系,区分了道德规范体系的三个层次;另外,孔子对道德规范的基础进行了一些寻求。通过与朱熹和柏拉图的对比,我们将看出孔子的特色与不足。与西方思想家相比,孔子建构自己伦理思想的理性化程度可能较低。但是孔子的理性建构却有自己的特色,这一点将在文中有所揭示。同时我们也得到这样一个结论:孔子的伦理学不是直觉性的。

It is an important task for ethicist to reconsiderate people's popular morality in order to establish his own ethic ideology, This work mainly contains two aspects . one is to clarify the meaning of daily moral conception or rules. The other is to make the popular rules become a system .We will investigate the ethics thoughts of Confucius from this angle, and then we hope to present the process of Confucius’ rational construction. This analysis takes "Confucian analects" as the basic book.We will conclude that Confucius consciously takes on the task, making the popular moral thoughts become an ethic ideology. First, Confucius clarifies the connotation of moral conception. The task of clarification refers two aspects, defining the moral conception and rectifying the ethic rules. The way of defining is different from Socrates. The meaning of rectifying names is to rectify the ethic rules .By rectifying names ,Confucius corrects the mistake of people who misuse the moral concept and rectify the wrong popular moral concepts or rules. Second, Confucius has carried on to the work of moral systemazing. By rectifying names, he has also pointed out whether the popular moral rules were right or wrong. At the same time, depending on rules' importance and their logical relations ,he makes them a system through dividing the rules into three levels. Moreover, Confucius also seeks the reason of moral rules . In contrast with Zhu Xi and Plato, we will know the characteristic and insufficiency of his ideology.Comparing with the western thinker, Confucius' degree of rationalization is to be possibly lower. But he has his own characteristic, which will be presented in the article. And we also can obtain a conclusion: Confucius' ethics is not intuitive
