当前,我国正处于职业教育快速发展的阶段,作为职教体系中重要组成部分,中等职业教育也得到了迅速发展。但与此同时也出现了许多有待解决的问题,其中最根本的问题就是:人才培养系统性的偏差,即人才培养的效果与市场需求之间的不一致性。相同的问题也存在于笔者所处的学校:学校非常注重培养学生的专业知识技能,企业却关注于员工的关键能力,两者之间存在着距离。而导致这一偏差的最直接原因就是课程。因此探索中职教育的课程改革,缩短人才培养与市场需求间的差距成为了中职教育工作者关注的焦点。如何从课程教学设计的层面上缩短这个差距,提高学生的关键能力就是本研究中需要解决的核心问题,也是研究的重点。 行动导向作为一种课程和教学的理念,注重培养学生的关键能力,符合现今市场和企业对人才的要求,在职业教育课程,特别是专业课中得到了广泛应用。 本研究借鉴行动导向的课程理念,按照教学设计过程的一般模式,对中职学校电子专业《电工基础》课程进行整体的教学设计,形成相应的教学方案,用行动导向教学法加以实施,并对实施效果进行评价。通过收集教学实施中的反馈信息,对教学方案进行评价、反思和修改。力求探讨出符合市场和企业需求,同时兼顾国家及学校的教育目标,注重培养学生关键能力的中职《电工基础》课程教学方案。

Nowadays,with the country's promotion for the vocational education development,as the important component of the vocational education system,secondary vocational education has been developed rapidly. But meanwhile,there are so many problems need to be resolved,the most fundamental question is:The deviation from the system of talent training,the inconsistency of the effect of talent training and the market demand.The same problem exists in our school:the school emphasis on the cultivation of professional knowledge and skills,but the corporations emphasis on the key competence,the gap between the two.The fundamental reason is the course.Therefore,exploring the curriculum reform of secondary vocational education,reducing the gap between the effect of talent training and the market demand,is the focus of the secondary vocational educators.How to reduce the gap at the level of the course's Instructional design and improve the key competence of the students is the core problem which is need to resolve in the study,but also the key. As a new curriculum and teaching methods,Action-oriented attaches importance to cultivating the key competence of students,meets the requirements of the market and corporations,so it has got the extensive application in vocational education curriculum,especially professional courses. This study references action oriented curriculum,follows the general mode of Instructional design. designs the teaching scheme of he Fundamental Theory of Electrical Engineering course systematically,then put it into practise and evaluate the effect.During the practise,through collecting Feedback information,evaluates,reflects and modifies the teaching scheme.So as to explore the suitable teaching scheme for the Fundamental Theory of Electrical Engineering course.Meanwhile,the teaching scheme is helpful for students to develop key competence.It can also meet the requirements of modern professional personnel training programs.
