Human Resources Management has a critical role in shaping, strengthening, and changing an organization's culture. Human Resources is responsible for many aspects of business culture, including pay, performance management, training and development, recruitment and onboarding, and reinforcing the company's values. The purpose of this study is to highlight the importance of human resource management in Company X in growing productivity in recent years. Human resource theories explain how management behaviors and structures can influence employee behavior positively or negatively. Thereby, it will help in growing the productivity in the companies, as will be proven later, business owners can increase employee productivity and creativity while decreasing employee turnover by having a basic understanding of organizational behavior and human resource theories and acting on it. |
