在职业网球双打比赛中,不同回合数的击球位置与线路落点选择是获取制胜分成为取胜关键条件之一。为了深入研究这一规律,本研究以2023年澳大利亚网球公开赛的双打比赛为研究对象,通过构建一个击球点与线路落点的复杂网络,对157场比赛的6392条击球路线进行了量化分析,以期揭示职业双打网球运动员的击球轨迹规律。 研究结果显示,不同组别的运动员在不同回合中,击球密度较高的区域主要集中在靠近网前和底线附近。在双打击球网络中,编号39到编号51的路径是使用率最高的击球线路。在底线制胜网络线路分布中,小斜线穿越球(落点编号在53、57)和直线穿越球(落点编号52、62、63、67)使用最多。而在网前制胜网络线路分布中,编号31、32、39、40都将编号54作为落点得分区域,编号32、33、38、39都将49作为落点得分区域,其中49号线路落点出现频率最高。 为了更深入地分析职业双打运动员的击球路线落点规律以及技战术组合的使用情况,本研究利用双打球员击球路线落点选择和战术风格等信息,通过不同回合不同组别的特性,根据制胜一拍的击球线路轨迹数据,采用核密度点状图、k-means聚类、雷达图等可视化方式进行呈现。研究结果表明,在男子、女子、混合双打比赛中,短、中、长回合中正手截击是双打制胜的关键,使用率最高,可以更快更高效地获取制胜分,线路选择上直线为最佳线路。此外,在击球技术的使用中,不同组别不同回合均呈现运用侧旋击球使用高,其次是平击击球。 |

In professional tennis doubles competitions, the selection of ball striking positions and trajectory endpoints across various rally lengths is a crucial factor in securing winning points and achieving victory. To gain a deeper understanding of this pattern, this study focused on the doubles matches of the 2023 Australian Open, constructing a complex network of ball striking points and trajectory endpoints. Through a quantitative analysis of 6,392 ball trajectories across 157 matches, the study aimed to uncover the underlying patterns of ball striking trajectories in professional doubles tennis players. The findings revealed that, across different categories of players and rallies, the areas with the highest ball striking density are predominantly located near the net and the baseline. Within the doubles ball striking network, the paths numbered 39 to 51 were the most frequently utilized ball trajectories. In the baseline winning trajectory distribution, the diagonal crosscourt shots (endpoints numbered 53 and 57) and the straight-line shots (endpoints numbered 52, 62, 63, and 67) were the most commonly used. Meanwhile, in the net-winning trajectory distribution, endpoints numbered 31, 32, 39, and 40 all targeted endpoint 54 as a scoring area, while endpoints 32, 33, 38, and 39 all aimed for endpoint 49 as a scoring area, with endpoint 49 appearing most frequently. To further analyze the patterns of ball trajectory endpoint selection and the utilization of tactical combinations in professional doubles players, this study employed information on players' ball trajectory endpoint choices and tactical styles. By examining the characteristics of different rallies and categories, and leveraging data on the ball trajectory trajectories of winning shots, the study utilized visualization techniques such as kernel density point plots, k-means clustering, and radar charts. The results indicated that, in men's, women's, and mixed doubles matches, the forehand volley was the key to winning in short, medium, and long rallies, with the highest usage rate and the ability to secure winning points more quickly and efficiently. In terms of ball trajectory selection, the straight-line trajectory was found to be the most optimal. Additionally, in the utilization of ball striking techniques, sidespin shots were found to be the most frequently used across different categories and rallies, followed by flat shots. |
