信息化时代使得各种资源的获取变得更加便捷，随着影视非版权资源的不断泄露，盗版问题也层出不穷。网络盗版影视作品不仅会对制片方造成经济损失，更侵犯了版权所有人的版权，在某种程度上也不利于鼓励原创影视作品。大五人格作为一种重要的描述个人特质的因素，对个体的很多行为都有较强的预测作用。通过探究人格对大学生观看网络盗版影视行为个体因素的影响，可以更好的探索大学生观看盗版影视行为的内在机制，为后续研究做好铺垫。

本研究探索了大五人格对大学生观看网络盗版影视行为个体因素的影响，使用大五人格量表第二版和观看网络盗版影视行为个体因素问卷进行调查，共收集了212份有效问卷。数据分析结果显示，宜人性这一人格特质对于观看盗版影视行为个体因素中的态度、感知收益和感知风险均具有显著的负向预测作用；开放性对感知风险具有显著的负向预测作用；外倾性、神经质性和尽责性对观看盗版影视行为个体因素的各维度均不具有显著的预测作用。后续研究可以在本研究结论基础上，讨论不同人格特质对大学生观看网络盗版影视行为个体因素的影响机制。

The information age has made the access to various resources more convenient. With the constant leakage of non-copyright resources of movies and television, the problem of piracy has emerged in an endless stream. Online piracy of film and television works will not only cause economic losses to the producers, but also infringe the copyright of the copyright owners. To some extent, it is not conducive to encouraging original film and television works. As an important factor describing individual traits, Big Five personality has a strong predictive effect on a lot of individual behaviors. By exploring the influence of personality on the individual factors of college students' watching online pirated movies and TV shows, we can better explore the internal mechanism of college students' watching pirated movies and TV shows, and lay a good foundation for subsequent research.

This study explored the influence of Big Five Personality on the individual factors of college students' watching online pirated movies and TV shows. The second edition of Big Five Personality Scale and the Piracy Motivation Survey Scale were used to investigate. A total of 212 valid questionnaires were collected. The data analysis results show that agreeability has a significant negative predictive effect on the attitude, perceived benefit and perceived risk of individual factors of watching pirated movies and TV shows. Openness has a significant negative predictive effect on perceived risk; Extroversion, neuroticism and conscientiousness had no significant predictive effect on the individual factors of watching pirated movies. On the basis of the conclusion of this study, subsequent studies can discuss the influence mechanism of different personality traits on the individual factors of college students' watching online pirated movies and TV programs.
