国家教育大背景下,培养核心素养是现阶段教育的核心,各学科核心素养是学校教育的重点体育作为一门身体课程在学校教育中起着不可忽视的作用,因此在学校教育中学生体育核心素养的培养必须坚决贯彻现阶段我国青少年(13-25岁)体质逐渐下降,国家教育政策也在不断为提高青少年体质向学校体育倾斜,培养学生具备关键能力的任务刻不容缓。学校培养体育核心素养是贯彻教育部提出“立德树人”根本任务,有助于学生形成运动兴趣,提升运动能力,拥有健康行为和品德最终形成终身体育意识。因此本研究对烟台市福山区高中学生体育核心素养现状进行调查,分析现状存在的问题,并结合烟台市福山区高中教育实际情况,提出针对福山区高中学生体育核心素养培养策略。

本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈、数理统计法、实地观察法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对福山区高中生和教师进行调查,并依体育核心素养的维度完成问卷内容的设计:初步了解学生的认知情况;运动能力、健康行为、体育品德掌握情况;教师体育核心素养现状情况,根据调查主要得出以下结果:

1、福山区高中生对体育核心素养的认知情况整体一般,表现为男生相比于女生更喜欢体育课;高一年级体育学习动机好于高二和高三年级,高三年级学习动机最不积极;福山区高中学生整体对体育核心素养的内容了解不全面。

2、福山区高中生运动能力主要表现为:耐久跑能力处在及格偏上水平;国内外体育赛事关注度;掌握运动技能的项数不够;制订体育锻炼计划的能力不足。

3、福山区高中生健康行为主要表现为:男生运动习惯好于女生;整体参加体育竞赛活动时间与次数较少;协同合作能力一般、生活与健康方式良好

4、福山区高中生体育品德主要表现为:缺乏坚持到底的体育精神;遵守规则服从裁判能力较好;积极进取的精神较差。

5.教师及学生体育核心素养思想意识差,学生培养目标泛化,教学内容与体育核心素养不契合。

培养策略:1.加强学生及教师理念培养。贯穿体育课内外以及学校与家庭打破传统教学方式,着眼于学生全面成长

2. 提高教师专业素质和能力。定期开展优质课评比,组织集体备课交流学习。

3. 设置具体的教学培养目标,针对各年级学生发展特点制定符合学生实际的培养目标。

4. 丰富教学内容和优化教学方法;在教学评价方面设立统一标准。

5. 改善教学环境。引资购买教学必需品,建立良好的体育课环境。

Under the background of national education, the cultivation of core quality is the core of education at the present stage, and the core quality of all subjects is the focus of school education. Physical education, as a physical course, plays an important role in school education. Therefore, the cultivation of core quality of physical education for middle school students must be carried out firmly in school education. At the present stage, the physical fitness of Chinese teenagers (13-25 years old) is gradually declining, and the national education policy is also constantly tilting to school sports to improve the physical fitness of teenagers. Therefore, the task of cultivating students with key abilities is of no delay.The core literacy of physical education is the core of the national comprehensive deepening reform of physical education curriculum and the implementation of the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people" in physical education. The rising of the core literacy of physical education for high school students is conducive to cultivating students' interest in physical education, improving their athletic ability, forming sports habits and lifelong sports consciousness. Therefore, this study investigates the current situation of high school students' core physical education in Fushan District of Yantai City, analyzes the existing problems in the current situation, and combines the reality of high school education in Fushan District of Yantai City and proposes the cultivation strategies for the core physical education of high school students in Fushan District.This study investigates the current situation of sports core literacy of senior high school students in Fushan District of Yantai City, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the Cultivation Strategies of sports core literacy of senior high school students in Yantai city combined with the specific situation of sports and health curriculum teaching in Senior High School of Yantai city.

In this study, research methods such as literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, field observation and logical analysis were adopted,high school students and teachers in FuShan District were surveyed and the questionnaire content was designed according to the dimensions of the core physical education literacy. The cognition of the core physical education literacy of students was initially understood. Mastering of sports ability, health behavior and sports morality; According to the investigation, the following results are obtained:

1. On average, Fushan District high school students' cognition of sports core literacy is general, which shows that boys like PE more than girls do; The motivation of PE learning in Grade One is better than that in Grade Two and Grade Three, and the motivation of PE learning in Grade Three is the least active. High school students in Fushan District do not have a comprehensive understanding of the content of core literacy of sports.

2. The sports ability of senior high school students in Fushan District of Yantai City is mainly shown as follows: endurance running ability is above the passing level; Their reaction of domestic and foreign sports events is not active; less skills to master the number of sports; not able to make their plans for physical exercise.

3. The health behaviors of senior high school students in Yantai city are as follows: boys have good sports habits compared with girls, who participate in sports competition occasionally. The ability of collaboration is moderate, life and health style are in medium and high level.

4. Yantai senior high school students' sports morality mainly shows as follows: the overall sports morality is general, but lack of sports spirit of perseverance, the ability of obeying the rules and referees is good, and the spirit of being positive and enterprising is poor.

5. Teachers and students have poor ideological awareness of sports core literacy, students' training objectives are generalized, and teaching content does not fit with sports core literacy.

Training strategies:

 1. Strengthen the concept of students and teachers. Through the PE class and school and family, break the traditional teaching methods, focus on the overall growth of students.

2. Improve teachers' professional quality and ability. Regularly carry out high-quality class evaluation, organize collective lesson preparation and exchange learning.

3. Set specific teaching and training objectives, according to the development characteristics of students in each grade, formulate training objectives in line with the actual situation of students.

4. Enrich teaching contents and optimize teaching methods; We should set up a unified standard in teaching evaluation.

5. Improve the teaching environment. To attract investment to buy teaching necessities and establish a good environment for physical education.
