Under the background of the country's vigorous promotion of the construction of a learning-oriented society, the continuing education plays animportant role in the lifelong education system and is the educational approach and key force for building a learning society and comprehensively improving the national quality. Through the reasonable distinction between academic and non-academic continuing education, China's continuing education covers all the contents of previous adult education, continuing engineering education and the overall continuing education . College continuing education with rich educational resources has become the main force to promote the transformation and development of continuing education, and the cultivation of full-time students in college continuing education has transported more practical talents for society. However, with the development of continuing education in colleges and universities, a series of problems in student management become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the reform and innovation research on the management of full-time students in continuing education in colleges and universities is of great significance to the sustainable development of continuing education.

This paper takes the full-time student management of school of continuing education, Beijing normal university, zhuhai as the specific research object, and USES the literature research method, investigation method, SWOT analysis method and other research methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of school running and student management. This article also from the student management team construction, work content, perfect management system from three aspects of current student management work effectiveness analysis, SWOT analysis, the comprehensive comparison to continue education full-time students management of internal factors and external environmental challenges, to solve the problemsexisting in the students management has carried on the exploration and research. Through the investigation of advantages and disadvantages, this paper summarizes and sorts out the outstanding problems existing in student management, such as outdated ideas, low professional level of management team, single management mode, imperfect system and formalization of work. In dealing with student management problems, this paper puts forward from the construction of professional management team, enriched the contents of the student management work and improve the student management system to solve the current problems and put forward the introduction of concept and lawful play "Internet +" model, make students management platform, such as innovation path, hope for full-time students management benefit of continuing education in our country.
